Independent Kitchen: With Washing Machine and Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, Thermo-accumulator 100L, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Wand, Electric Jug, Iron and Iron and all Cookware required. Crockery and cutlery included as well Material Cleaning (including cleaner). Balcony: With Hanger, Storage space and table with 2 chairs. Terrace Inside: With table and 4 chairs. Common terrace: With 4 chairs. This modern apartment is prepared to be able to offer quality tourism to our customers. Upon arrival will be a welcome offer that has one goal: Make them feel at home. Be welcome. Conditions Reservations and Lease: * Check-in: after 17:00; * Check-out: until 10:00 am; * If people are detected more than those informed when booking the stay can be canceled immediately without return of the deposit; * Cleaning: Performed prior to check-in. * Clothing: Included bed linen, face towels and bath and kitchen towels. * Covered parking available for 40 € / week. * In the months of July and August, only Sunday to Sunday bookings are accepted.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guilherme (the owner) a message.

If Guilherme (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
