5 Star Lavish luxury meets convenience and practicality with these fantastic dream vacation homes in this perfect location! These all new, exclusive, absolutely stunning, modern and fully equipped town houses are located just a few meters from the beach and a 2 minute walk from OLD TOWN Albufeira city center!! The Oura Strip is also only a 2 minute drive away where you can find another vast variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, entertainment and more! Major grocery stores such as Continente Modelo are also just a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive! Air conditioning/heating and FREE WIFI throughout in all of our vacation homes! With private entrances, fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers and laundry machines as well as microwaves, coffee makers, toasters and more! These beautifully furnished town houses have a luxurious sofa in the living room that converts into an exceptionally comfortable bed for 2. Also in the living area is a 42 inch LED TV with satellite that has a wide variety of channels as well as option to rent your favorite movies! This luxury lounge opens up onto a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The ground floor features 2 bedroom suites both with private bathrooms 1 with a shower and 1 with a bath. All suites are equipped with 32-42 inch LED TVs and satellite also with movie rental option. 1 of the suites open up onto a spacious private terrace with a very comfortable lounge set. On the top floor is where the real magic is... 2 spacious penthouse terraces 1 featuring 2 luxury lounge chairs and the other with a BBQ and lounge/dining area with some of the most incredible views available in Albufeira!! Enjoy a BBQ at sunset with the most unforgettable views and take home memories that last! These TOP NOTCH dream homes even have their own private 2 car garage with direct access into the house and automatic remote access this is very key in such a central location!
