Description

Villa São Rafaella is a completely refurbished house recommended for groups of up to 8 people and for families looking for a sunny villa with a great pool (which can be heated for an extra cost).

This lovely Villa also has a great BBQ area for a late afternoon with sea view and marina view. The balconies have a wonderful view from the beds of each room. It also has private parking for up to 2 cars and is less than 20 minutes from several beaches..

The check in is performed from 1pm to 3 pm. If there are clients on that day for the flat, the check out must be performed until 10 am.

We change the towels in the middle of the week and we clean the flat and change the sheets at the end of the week.

Also, we can get you a transfer/taxi from/to the airport, at extra cost.

Getting around

this villa is located in a luxurious area of the city where the noise of nightlife and urban stress can not reach .There is a food shop about 10 minutes away where you can get basic products and essences for your holiday.There are many recommendable restaurants nearby. Marina of Albufeira is a 20-minute walk away. There are a couple of beaches (S. Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes) that you can reach on foot in less than 1o minutes. You can reach the old town in less than 35 minutes.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help. Dreamplaces cares about any problems of its guests. We try to be proactive in this regard, but always respecting the space and holidays of our clients.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
