Beachfront villas such as Villa de la Plage are extremely rare. This spectacular villa has just been totally, and luxuriously renovated and refurbished, to a very high standard. The villa enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views, and is certainly a must for those seeking the very best in villa locations.

The villa can welcome 10 GUEST +1 BABY. Possible to welcome 2 guests more in a SOFA BED.

The beach is accessed from the villa, via a gate and paved footpath that leads directly to a beach, bar / restaurant, which is only a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are many amenities very close including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is divided in two centers, Old center is just 2kms, approx 30-minutes walk, but only about 15-minutes if you walk along the beach and 15 mn walk of OURA STRIP. The villa is located within a private cul de sac.

Outside

The swimming pool is fantastic with a Jacuzzi and waterfall feature adjoining it. Imagine the parties one could experience here! Pool is surrounded by terraces with 8 quality sun-beds and a brick built Barbecue, poolside shower and a pool bathroom with shower. To the side of the villa there is a spacious lawned area, and the whole property is totally enclosed by walls and a gate.

Kitchen / Lounge

On the ground floor is the fully fitted fantastic kitchen with a breakfast table. The lounge and dining room had large patio doors opening onto the terrace with comfortable seating and dining furniture offering the most marvellous views.

Bedrooms

There is a lower ground floor with two bedrooms. 1 twin room and 1 twin room with a bunk-bed . Both these bedrooms share a shower and jacuzzi bath bathroom. There is a wc cloakroom. Also there are patio doors from the rooms on this level to the swimming pool terraces. On the first floor of the villa are 1 double with en-suite shower bathroom and a further twin/double with en-suite shower bathroom.

Dear sasbe, i'm isabelle OWNER. I'm happy you enjoy your holidays and thanks to your comments concerning villa and situation. Concerning sun beds, i'm surprised because we have 6 sunbeams, 2 Poufs and 1 mattress for 2 peoples.. the way to the beach is not a bit like jungle, there is step in concret and the end of the path go tropical vegetation. So perhap's might needs to be cut. thanks for the information. i will inform my staff. You have in the villa my contact; it just was necessary to call me or to contact your representative J. V.or our staff. Yes, 10am is the hour of check-out. Others customers coming after you. So impossible to satisfy you. If we had other solution, yes we would have been pleased to arrange a later check-out for you. Yes, cleaners only come once a week (what is foreseen in your rental agreement) but you had the option to order daily cleaner with supplement. we have many option/Services, you just need to order at the check'in. Hope to see you again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
