The Old Town House has just been placed for holiday rental and you couldn't ask for a lovelier holiday home in such a great location in the heart of the Old Town.

A few meters from the beach and main square providing great night-life, popular restaurants and bars. In one word everything within easy walking distance

This house is truly in the old town. so in the charm and character Old Town narrow, winding and cobbled streets, with white washed churches and quaint fisherman's cottages
Car is not necessary, you do not have to worry about additional taxi cost
It is ideally placed to enjoy the town all year round.

Many apartments claim to be 'in' or 'near' the old town but are not, so, do check their location on the map!

The property is huge. In the 4 Bedrooms comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
You'll find there everything you need starting from fully equipped kitchen (12 pc. set of plates, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, pans, chopping boards), TV, radio, DVD player, free Internet wi-fi, good mattresses, iron , iron board and Safe

The Old Town House is tastefully decorated .with lovely unique details, finished and furnished to an extremely high standard.
This is really top quality holiday accommodation and a great place to stay, well equipped and very comfortable.

The house has two floors and a Roof Terrace with Pool, BBQ and a Al Fresco Dinning Area with view over Albufeira City Center -The Old Town.

Thinking on your comfort and commodity the house was equipped with air-conditioning and double-glazed windows

The First floor comprises: a Living room, two Bedrooms, one Bathroom and a Toilet.
The Second floor comprises: a Dining room. a kitchen, two Bedrooms and two Bathrooms,
The Roof Terrace has a great sun exposure (It catches the sun all day) and provides your own private swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and 10 dinning.
On the terrace you can read a book, swim in the pool, sunbath and have a b-b-q in the evening.

Owner's reply:
The Old Town House is a beautiful building, tastefully decorated, finished and furnished to an extremely high standard. Situated at a few meters from the Beach and Main Square, which means great days in the sun and fantastic night-life. Unfortunately we had a group of young guests who left the house in very poor condition. From 10:00am, the normal check-out time, to 5:00pm the check-in time, our staff cleaned, replaced and repaired everything that has been detected, and we asked the new guests to report anything else they find that could be wrong. Everything that was reported was immediately repaired: A toilet lid was loose had to be tightened, and a door handle was replaced. We were told that it was found some glasses on the terrace but that it was not necessary our intervention. Finally we were informed on Monday, that the pool that had crystalline water on Saturday and Sunday, was not in good conditions. We went to the property immediately and proceeded to a water treatment. As Tuesday the water was not perfect we decide to replaced it for new water, and the problem was definitively overcome. We are very sorry that our efforts was insufficient, so that the house was perfect after very unfortunate circumstances caused by a group of very irresponsible young people who did not respect us and this amazing property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cristina / Antono Santos (the owner) a message.

If Cristina / Antono Santos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
