Villa Orada is a smart 4 bedroom villa with a private heated pool, WiFi and air conditioning/heating / colder , available in the bedrooms at no extra cost.

Heating swimming pool, available with extra payed 150,00€ per week.

On entering the villa grounds there is a large automatic gate and a parking area for your hire car.

The villa has a stylish open plan lounge/dining area with large windows overlooking the private swimming pool, with patio doors by the dining table leading out to the exterior, covered dining area.

The bright, colourful kitchen is in front of the entrance door and is well equipped, with red units and black granite worktops. Past the kitchen is a small hallway leading to the ground floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate shower room.

Upstairs, is a reading gallery with comfortable seating, a shower room and separate cloakroom and the rest of the bedrooms; 3 twin bedrooms, 2 of which have their own private balconies. There is also a shared, covered terrace adjacent to the bedrooms with views towards the colourful marina.

All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.

On the lower level of Villa Orada is the pool table and an unusual underwater observation window which looks directly into the swimming pool.

Outside, Villa Orada has a large, private swimming pool, surrounded by plenty of terrace space to relax with a cool drink and soak up the sun. The terrace is surrounded by lawns and bordered by trees and plants. There is also a BBQ and covered dining area; perfect for afresco dining at any time of day.

The private swimming pool is heated at extra cost, 150,00€ by week

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexandra (the owner) a message.

If Alexandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
