Beautifully furnished self catering water front apartment.Spacious and modern,with fabulous front line panoramic views of the new Albuferia Marina and Atlantic ocean beyond.Fully furnished air conditioned (extra charge if required)and equipped for sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children.The very spacious lounge and dining room is 35m2, with ample seating,incorporating 2 corner sofas. Satelite TV is 42" LCD HD flat screen. Free Wi-fi , DVD and Radio/CD Player.The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances,dishwasher,oven,washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board etc.All crockery saucepans and cooking utensils.Fully fitted.Just like home! perfect for your holiday rental.The bedroom has a picture window that overlooks the swimming pool and Marina beyond.The balcony has fantastic views,idyllic for relaxing,sun bathing and watching the yachts and daily life of the marina.

The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher,glass topped hob,fan assisted oven,washing machine,fridge freezer,microwave,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board, table and 4 chairs all crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and picture window overlooking swimming pool.
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with a king size double bed, we provide 2 single folding camp beds mattresses and all required linen blankets etc.
The entertainment consists of a 42" HD flat screen LCD satelite television mounted on the wall which receives several english tv channels a dvd player and cd player with radio.
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower,wc,bidet,sink and under sink storage cabinet,shaving/hairdryer sockets,marble counter tops,large wall mirror.All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
The bedroom has a super king size double bed,29" LCD flat screen wall mounted television,fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes,chest of drawers with mirror over,bedside tables with lamps,full length mirror with shoe storage behind,electric blackout blind to window which overlooks the swimming pool.

There are many attractions to see and do like zoo marine,slide and splash water park,aquashow family park and sea cruises.A giro bus service leaving every 30 minutes from a bus stop only metres from the apartment.A taxi rank also sited on the marina.Restaurants on the marina include italian,portuguese,fish,sushi and seafood.Boat trips,diving parasailing,bbq and sunset cruises,big game cruises are all operated from the marina.Algarve shopping village is 10 minutes away by car for an array of shops,cinema showing english films and bowling.There are sightseeing trips up to the monchique mountains which dominate the backdrop and dictate the desirable climate we enjoy in the algarve.Sun beds and parasols are provided for your use around the pool which has a shallow end aprox 1.5 metre deep and deep end aprox 3 metre deep,pool side shower and toilet facilities.Swim with the dolphins at nearby zoo marine for a great family day.There are many beach coves to choose from so a wander along the cliff tops will find a pathway to a fabulous stretch of sand,many coves have an on beach bar where you can sip a favourite cocktail while observing a fabulous sunset.

We stayed at the apartment for a week, we couldn't have been happier with the place. Hopefully we can get in there again next year... couldn't fault it at all. Top service as well from the owners

This apartment is beautiful, very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The view from the balcony is amazing, it was lovely to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a hard day sunbathing. Correspondence with Dawn was easy as it was with the management company. We arranged to have the airport transfer which was so easy no need to worry about finding a taxi at the airport. underneath the apartment is a selection of bars and restaurants good for a quick lunch or cold drink. The old town is about a 25 min walk or you can get a taxi for €4.50. Here is loads of restaurants and bars to choose from you are spoilt for choice. It was our first time in Portugal we had a fantastic time and the apartment was absolutely fantastic for our needs. We would definable recommend the apartment and hope to come back soon.

“All good, except the TV”

This is a modern, clean and well situated apartment. It is outside the main town, but there are small shops and quite a few restaurants locally. The marina is great. We had the unheated pool to ourselves. We sunbathed a lot, as the weather was really good. The apartment is very secure and included a free safe and quite fast wifi (14Meg is good). A word of warning: the apartment is advertised as having "satellite English channels". This is true as far it it goes, however you will not have BBC, ITV nor Channel 4. If this is not a problem for you, then I would recommend it.

Owner's reply: Pleased to hear that you had such a lovely stay in the marina apartment. Unfortunately the BBC and ITV channels have recently ceased transmitting to Portugal.However you are still able to access these channels via WIFI on your internet device.

“Lovely apartment on the beautiful marina”

Myself, my partner and our 6 year old had a lovely stay in this apartment in August. Our transfers from and to the airport were faultless so would recommend the company suggested. The apartment is really lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. My only comment would be it needed a little TLC. I appreciate it is the end of the season but the whole place could just do with a lick of paint and also the bathroom needs a little attention. It all needs re-grouting and the toilet seat is broken. Other than these small things it was great. It has a fantastic view of the marina. I was worried at first that there would not be enough sun beds around the pool as there are only 10, but this was really never a problem. The pool was incredibly quiet!! We did a shop at Lidl on our first day, only a 5 min taxi ride away. Taxi rank is just on the main street outside. We ate out every evening, either at the marina or in the Old Town. The Old Town is about a 15-20 walk or 5 mins in a taxi (5euros). The restaurants and bars at the marina were really lovely. I would also really recommend Castelo do Mar restaurant which is just a short walk from the apartment, up the hill overlooking the marina. Great staff and amazing food - gets busy so best to book! We also loved Sharky's Bar which was directly below the apartment. Our little boy loved it there, Chris the owner is great - a very friendly place. Overall a brilliant stay thank you!
