From the owner

Apartamento Solar Albir Playa was renovated 2020/21. It's a comfortably furnished ground floor corner apartment, ideally situated only 50m from Albir Beach. It is deep cleaned and disinfected to Covid19 guidelines. The apartment is wheelchair/rollator accessible, but our doors are not extra wide. The bathroom was revised, allowing more space, grab rails installed in the shower area & by the toilet. It is registered for tourist rental with the Valencian Community. The community is small and quiet with mature gardens and an outdoor pool. The apartment is about 70 square metres, including terrace. There are 2 double bedrooms, which can each be made up with twin Singles (90cm x200) or Super king-size (180x200cm with memory foam topper) bed. We provide bed linen, 2 pillows per person, and duvets, fleece throws, bathrobes and even electric bed underblankets depending on the season. We are usually able to provide a baby cot and high-chair on request. There is comfortable seating - 4 large reclining armchairs with pouffes in the pleasantly spacious lounge, which has IPTV and fibre-optic WiFi. A safe is provided for your passports or valuables. The dining room/ sun room is on the front glazed entrance patio, with 4 chairs and a table. The kitchen is well equipped with filtered drinking water, new fridge-freezer, new dishwasher, electric oven, vitro-ceramic 4 ring hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board. We provide basic kitchen consumables like kitchen towel & cleaning products; pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk in shower (120x70cm), washbasin vanity unit and a toilet. We provide toilet rolls, soap & cleaning products, bath towels and pool/beach towels, and the option of bathrobes in cooler weather. The master bedroom has access through patio doors to the rear terrace which has afternoon/evening sun. A table, 4 chairs and a parasol are placed for you to enjoy the privacy of this space, which is surrounded by plants. Wheelchair access to the apartment is via ramps on the public path and onto the private terrace into the master bedroom. The front of the apartment looks over garden planters with flowers and shrubs to the hedge surrounding the community pool. We have recently improved the step access to the front of the apartment. We also provide 4 rolling sunloungers which may be used on the terrace, pool-side or beach.

Interaction with guest

We are available by phone or email, WhatsApp or Telegram to our guests during normal hours should we be needed. We contact them prior to arrival, and give directions and welcome information. When the apartment is cleaned and prepared for their arrival, we send through their holiday keycodes. Guests call us on arrival outside the complex, we open the gate and they let themselves in to the apartment. At the end of their stay, they lock up, and lock the door key, (and vehicle gate remote) into the keycoded safe by the door.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sheona (the owner) a message.

If Sheona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
