Under stairs vestibule with ample storage for suitcases, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other accessories. Finally there is a twin bedroom with double wardrobe and window to the front of the property.

First floor:

Open concept dining room with dining table & 6 chairs and patio doors giving access to the upper terrace area that also has a table and 6 chairs for “al fresco” dining. Given the properties elevated position, the upper terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, Mediterranean Sea and port of Altea. The lower garden/terrace area can be accessed by a spiral staircase from the upper terrace area. From the main dining area, there is an archway giving access to the lounge area which has 2 comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite TV. Situated at the end of a small quiet residential community accessed by electric gates, the property benefits from secure off-road parking for up to 1 car and has no passing traffic or road noise. The communal pool is located at the side of the property and gets the sun all day during the summer months.
