The modern design of the Villa ensures a very light and airy feel throughout . The furnishings offer comfort both inside and out. The living room is extremely spacious, as is the kitchen which also benefits from a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The main living and kitchen area both have large patio doors leading to the swimming pool and private terraced areas> The terrace is furnished with wicker sofas and chair and a patio dining table. There is much to do in the surrounding area.The beach and town centre are within walking distance, the picturesque 'Old Town´ of Altea is approximately 3kms along the coast road and approximately 6kms in the opposite direction is the town of Benidorm which also has beautiful beaches, many shops and lively nightlife......For the golfer, there are no less than three 18 hole golf courses within 10kms plus many more in the area, reservations and discounts can be arranged for most of these courses. .Size: Sleeps up to 6, 3 bedrooms 2 with en suite facilities and a further bathroom downstairs. An upstairs terrace/balcony can be accessed from all 3 bedrooms, which give you fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding area.

We also have a pool guard that can be assembled before arrival at a charge.

We can provide stair gates and a travel cot if required.

For your childrens safety we have a gated pool fence that can be errected. This is a very expensive item that we have invested in to safeguard our own children. As long as we are given plenty of notice we can arrange for the fence to be errected. However we will need to make arrangements to have the fence installed and taken down. We have been quoted a fee of £40 English pounds by the Villa Management agent. This payment will need to be made directly to the management company.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Deborah (the owner) a message.

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
