My stay at the Aliye residence was very enjoyable. It is conveniently located in a quiet surburb of Oba, yet close to the beautiful beach (5 min walk), and to a wide choice of local restaurants, bars and entertainment spots and local bus service into Alanya (10 minute journey). The standard of cleanliness was excellent, the service courteous and friendly and so helpful. I was made to feel very welcome and looked after by the host. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable making my way around thanks to the wonderful hospitality and warmth of the local folks. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great self-catering holiday experience.

We (my partner, my 10 year old son and I) stayed for 8 days. The appartment was lovely, extremely clean, we could have ate off the floor! Very spacious and equiped with everything we needed. Mrs. Duggan, her family and staff are lovely and very helpful. When we got there she explained to us how to get to all important places and gave us a map. The appartment house is well looked after, security at door, downstairs there's a computer with free wifi. If you need anything, you can ask day or night, someone will always sort it out asap. The beach is only a 5 min walk away from the appartment house, as well as restaurants, pubs, lots of shops, places to book trips, taxis right at the corner...only takes a few mins to get to alanya by bus or taxi, all nice and cheap. All together we had the lovliest holiday and are hoping to be back next year. We would recommend the appartments to everyone, the place is very international and also there were holiday makers of all ages. We can also recommend the offered airport transfers, brandnew spacious taxis with aircon and very polite drivers that even provided us with cold water.

Anfänglich waren wir (Vater, Mutter, 3 Kinder - 12, 14 und 16 Jahre alt) etwas skeptisch, ob unsere Buchung auf eigene Faust auch wirklich funktioniert. Aber als wir am Ausgang des Flughafens unseren privaten Fahrer mit unserem Namensschild sahen und kurze Zeit später in den luxuriösen Bus stiegen, kam schnell Vertrauen und entspannte Urlaubsstimmung auf. Nach der zügigen Fahrt, bei der wir unterwegs sogar mit Getränken versorgt wurden, kamen wir in Alanya an und wurden von unserer Gastgeberin Ayse Duggan sehr herzlich begrüßt. Sie war es auch, die uns 14 Tage lang mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, zu jeder Frage eine Antwort hatte und obenrdrein eine begnadete Köchin war bzw. ist. Letzteres haben wir auch mehrfach in Anspruch genommen, denn das Essen hat nicht nur prima geschmeckt, sondern es war auch unschlagbar günstig. Besonders zu erwähnen: Selbst unsere 3 mitunter etwas "mäkeligen" Kinder wurden satt, denn Ayse fiel auch für sie immer etwas Schmackhaftes ein. Die Räumlichkeiten in der Penthouse-Wohnung waren regelrecht weitläufig, ein Zimmer haben wir überhaupt nicht benutzt, da einer der Räume mehr als ausreichend Platz für die 3 Betten unserer Kinder bot. Die Wohnung war ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und hat dabei bereits die Fußgängerzone mit allen ihren kleinen Geschäften gekreuzt. Trotzdem ist die Appartment-Anlage abolut ruhig gelegen. Abschließend noch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Ali und Ayse, die mit ihrer sehr netten und sympathischen Art ganz entscheidend dazu beigetragen haben, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben.

Harvey FreedmanAliye yazir Residence Alanya 12 hours ago via Mobile · Hi I am sorry if I sound like I am repeating myself, but I promise you each and very word I say is absolutely true, firstly apart from Ayse being a wonderfully creative and inventive chef, her hospitality is bar none, I must also mention that I unfortunately injured myself whilst on holiday, and her staff members Ali and Ersoy, were unbelievably supportive, to driving me here there and everywhere, Ali was the first to jump to my assistance when my leg gave way and I fell down, he drove both my wife and I to the hospital and stayed with us all the time we were there, and then drove us back to the apartment, and in addition on his own back, organised a nurse to visit me in the apartment, I would recommend Aliye Yazir Residence to anyone who wants to stay somewhere comfortable and be treated like a family member, once again no need to trust a Resturant you do not know, let Ashe spoil you rotten, with her wonderful Cuisine..We will defiantly be coming back
