You are kindly requested to bring your own beach towels for the pool area and beach. Cleaning and utility charges will be discussed for a long term let.On arrival, our English speaking local agent will meet and greet you, and help you settle in. You will be given a contact number should you need assistance during your stay. A welcome pack is available at an extra charge, should you require it. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with heating for winter rentals. For peace of mind there is a video entry system.OutsideThe apartment offers one private balcony. Large shared pool, landscaped gardens, secure childrens play area. Balcony also provides patio table, chairs and outside lighting.

Car: not necessary Rua Senhora dos Loreto, lagos 8600: Located 1 block behind the main avenue along the seafront, Ave dos Descobrimentos, and only 200 metres from the Marina bridge which leads onto the main beaches.You are surrounded by fish restaurants, shops, hairdressers, Municipal Market ( fruits, veg, fish and meats), churches and museums.The Marina and the beautiful sea promenade are only 200 metres away. The promenade stretches along the seafront for a few kilometres. Beautiful sunsets, boats and sand.....A car is not needed to access all of the above, which are all on your doorstep. However, there is an underground garage space available if required.Water parks are located on the A 22 motorway and buses go there almost every hour.Golf courses abound in the area - boa Vista, Alto, Penina, etc. Full map of golf courses are shown on our home website, together with a Things To Do List, Restaurants, Water Parks, etc

Car: not necessary Lagos is the hidden gem of the Algarve! Protected by its 16th century walls, this picturesque town retains its old-world Portuguese charm. A fine selection of restaurants offering international cuisine, pavement cafes and stylish boutiques line the maze of cobbled streets. There is a superb fresh fish market, with fruit and vegetables for sale on the upper level. Less than 15 minutes walk from the apartment is the fabulous Meia Praia beach - 5km of golden sand with every facility you could ask for, and the quieter town beach at Praia da Batata. A further 7 beaches are within easy reach, many of which are served by the local road train.There are many golf courses within easy reach, including the beautiful Boa Vista in Lagos itself. Boat trips are available to view the grottos and sea caves, or to go Dolphin watching out at sea.
