Villa Casiobury is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa offering everything a holidaymaker desires...seclusion & luxury and yet just a few minutes walking distance from the traditional bars and restaurants of the picturesque Turkish Cypriot village of Esentepe. Set in mature gardens, Villa Casiobury is blessed with appx 1000 sq miles of stunning, uninterrupted views of the blue Mediterranenean Sea.

REMEMBER: NORTH CYPRUS IS OUTSIDE THE EURO-ZONE; ITS CURRENCY IS TURKISH LIRA SO YOUR MONEY GOES A LOT FURTHER!!!

There are a number of secluded beaches in the area & traditional restaurants located in the village or just a short drive away. Famous for its turtles, Alagadi beach is within a 10 minute drive plus we have the Korineum Golf Resort, a luxury championship-quality golfing complex, with spa & restaurants & now a newly opened beach club, all just 5 minutes away.

NEW FOR 2019: Newly built for the 2019 season is our pool-side bar and BBQ area. Perfect for private celebrations or for just chilling with a cold beer or glass of wine. Cheers!

The accommodation comprises a spacious hallway, leading through to a sunken lounge area. The lounge has a traditional log burner and is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, easy-chairs & coffee table. A flat-screen TV and DVD player is provided, along with numerous DVDs. Large double-glazed patio doors afford direct unimpeded views of the Mediterranean from the comfort of your armchair. Off the lounge, through an archway, is the semi-circular dining room. With a large dining table and chairs, this room has two further sets of patio doors leading out onto the garden terrace with truly stunning sea views. Beyond the dining room is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with island.

On the ground floor, on the east-side of the house, are two double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is furnished with a double-bed and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms have double-glazed patio doors, leading directly to the private pool. Between these two bedrooms is the family bathroom, equipped with shower, WC and hand basin.

Climb the stairs and you will find a third double bedroom. Comfortably furnished and air-conditioned, it has two large picture-windows affording amazing views all the way up the coastline, westwards towards Kyrenia.

The master bedroom is situated at the top of the stairs. Air-conditioned for your comfort, it is furnished with a king-size bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobes. Across the landing is a large shower room/wet room with WC, hand basin etc. A second external terrace can be accessed from this floor, overlooking the pool area, facing eastwards with views right up to the Karpaz Peninsula… perfect for catching the early morning & afternoon sun.

To the east-side of the house is the 8m x 4m private pool & bar / barbecue area. Newly fitted in 2019 is the pool mood lighting...offering 13 different water colour options, just pick your favourite.Sun-loungers & parasols are provided for our guests' comfort. With the further provision of a large table & chairs, family-dining al fresco for up to 8 persons is a pleasure not to be missed.

In addition, free high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available to our guests. For bookings of 10 days or more we provide mid-stay linen changes free of charge.

Casiobury offers luxury accommodation for both smaller groups, seeking lots of space, or larger parties of up to a maximum of 8 people, & represents the perfect choice for the discerning holidaymaker.

(Note: Due to its location on a hillside, there are some steps to the villa entrance, Villa Casiobury is not considered suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.)

I never usually leave a review but felt under the exceptional circumstances I should....from the moment you walk down the steps to the villa you think wow!!!what a beautiful place. I must say the pictures don't do it any justice.Mike and Lyn make sure every need is catered for including where to eat places to visit ....perfect hosts.Just want to say thankyou to Mike and Lyn for letting us stay in your beautiful home and to anyone thinking of going you definitely won't be disappointed.

“Amazing North Cyprus Holiday Villa - Luxe Vacation”

If you are looking for a beautiful villa in N Cyprus, look no further than Villa Casiobury in Esentepe. We spent 2 weeks at the villa last summer (August 2013) and can honestly say it was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and the views from this secluded villa were absolutely stunning. The villa is within walking distance of Esentepe village, with friendly locals and welcoming bars and restaurants. Mike and Lyn were always on hand if we ever needed anything...not that we did!! Can't wait to go back!!
