Niolos Villas consists of two autonomous villas located on a hill, overlooking the Souda bay and offering beautiful sea views.

Villa Niolos I is a 170 sq.m, luxury villa with a high standard design and construction quality, located next to Sternes village which is only 2 minutes drive away from the well known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Because of its position (being located on a hill side), the villa offers an incredible view of Souda bay.

The interior design of our luxury villa is modern and its layout functional, offering privacy within your group. Villa Niolos I can accommodate 7 guests in beds and up to 8 people if necessary.

Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area which contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, the indoor dining table and exit to veranda. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a storage.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and another one with a double bed that can also be set up as two singles. Both bedrooms offer magnificent views from the balconies. On this floor there is also a bathroom that contains bath with shower.

On the second floor there is our beautiful attic. It includes a double bed, a closet room, a kitchenette with refrigerator and a bathroom enclosure with shower and jacuzzi. There is also an exit to private balcony.

Outside and underneath the main building of the villa, there is an individual studio with direct access to garden. Entering the studio you will find an open plan area which includes a small living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It also contains a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed and storage space.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Niolos I, filled with flowers and palm trees, offers amazing sea views, as well as a variety of facilities which include:

- A private, 50 sq. m. swimming pool with a special compartment for children

- Fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities with wood oven and outdoor sink

- Outdoor dining areas

- Lawn covered area by the pool, ideal for the kids to play

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, shaded outdoor living room and hammocks) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa, the pool terrace, the veranda and the the balconies.

- Ping Pong table

- The whole outdoor area is fully fenced and offers privacy in some spots of the outdoor area.

- Parking space for 4 cars

- The location, as the villa is situated in a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of Cretan sea and mountains. Also it is very close to any kind of shops, supermarkets and taverns.

- The villa is brand new with high standard construction quality, luxurious with minimalist and functional interior design.

- Enormous garden park area is totally safe and private for children to play all day.

- Spacious verandas and balconies equipped with outdoor furniture to spend your time outside with enjoying the view and fresh air.

- The attic is delightful, the view is spectacular from up there with offering total quietness and calmness.

- The hospitality of the owner and his family who will be on hand with helpful advice and information whenever it is needed. The owners have a wide knowledge of the island and will be only willing to suggest places of interest and routes to get there.

Additionally during your stay you have full disposal to the Holiday Advisor Team by email, mobile or landline (VOIP) phone in the villa directly connected to our office (like a room connected to the reception desk of a hotel), for any kind of: - Questions for the house / area - Suggestions & making bookings for restaurants, attractions / activities - Assistance in arranging services such as private chef, boat trips, transfers and more. Our goal is to be there for you and help you get the best out of your holidays!
