Casa Scordilli is a unique villa of 815 sqm (8,770 sq ft) situated on a 11,500 sqm (1,15 ha) piece of land in Akrotiri area, 6 km outside of Chania city. The villa has a panoramic view of the Souda Bay and the White Mountains, offering a striking combination of contradictory sceneries, the Aegean blue and the wild mountainous landscape of Crete all in one enchanting picture that may well please all kinds of tastes. At sunset, you will be charmed by the magnificent colours deluging the sky and later on by the glowing moon illuminating the sea below.


The exterior is dominated by rich lawn gardens where tall palm trees, cypresses, oleanders, olive trees and other local fruit trees, plants and herbs coexist to compose colourful surroundings filled with alluring essences.The large swimming pool and the sun terrace around it, shaded with a pergola and large umbrellas, makes “staying at home” an equally satisfying choice when you don't feel like driving to the beach. Large sofas, sun-beds, coffee tables and a large dining table make this sitting area an all-day relaxing choice next to the pool.
 
The outdoor area also includes a private tennis court which specifications meet the international standards and we will provide all the necessary equipment. Additionally the heliport is also found in the outdoor area.

The interior décor style as it reflects the personality of the mansion’s owner is eclectic. White marble of “Penteli” is the dominant material harmoniously matched with furniture and decorative elements of a colonial and vintage design. Each one of the 5 plethoric rooms of the ground floor, living room, two dining rooms, office room and the fully equipped kitchen, has its own door to the exterior, leading to the garden. From the living room there is a staircase leading to the first floor with an interior balcony overlooking the living room leading to three main bedrooms (two bedrooms have super king size beds and one bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if necessary.) The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and exterior balconies with views to the garden, the pool and Souda bay. Another staircase leads to the ground floor where there is gym equipment and a large playroom area with a fireplace and a home cinema with video games. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor (one with a super king size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to create a double.)

We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the arrival time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much information as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit. Also we will clean the villa and change towels and linen every 3 days. Finally we will be there for your departure for our last thank you! Kostas will be also reachable on his cell phone and e-mails 24/7!
