Description

A modern spacious 3 bedroom detached villa in a great location with 3 good size bedrooms,

Ground floor Features: An open plan kitchen / diner and / lounge, also downstairs w/c. All round terrace on the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and a water cooler/heater.

Marble stairs lead to the First Floor: 1 x Twin Bedroom, 1 room with Bunk Beds and a Double bedroom, all bedrooms have air conditioning. Also on this floor is the Family bathroom with shower, bath, w/c and wash basin.

Marble stairs then leading to the large roof terrace that has beautiful sea and mountain views and a great setting to watch the sunset over Akbuk bay

This villa is in a great location as is only a 5 minute walk (approx) to the town and beach so is near all the shops, bars and restaurants.

The facilities onsite include 3 shared pools, restaurant and bar (seasonal)

All bed linen and towels are provided for indoor use, please note there are no beach towels, therefore you will have to bring your own. Please do not take the towels from the apartment for use by the pool or on the beach.

We ask that when you depart the property please leave it tidy and dispose of any rubbish.

“Ideally located, clean, plenty of room and good value for money”

The location of this roomy, well maintained villa was ideal for us as a family of five ranging from 14 - 71! It is situated on the corner of a group of villas, by a road but the double glazing keeps noise to a minimum. The outside patio area was was comfortable and quite secluded. The air conditioned rooms were a relief from the 43 degree heat we experienced on our stay, The villa is well equipped with plenty of towels and linen. The shared pool is only meters away from the villa and not too busy, but if it was, there was always the option of going to one of the other pools on this popular complex. There are adequate sun loungers at the property to use and also ones owned by the complex. There is a good mix of people who were friendly on the site. There is a book swap close by on the complex, which we took advantage of too. We hope to return to this villa!
