From the owner

The villas are set in the village of Agios Nikolaos but in a beaceful spot.
They are stone-built and are situated near a beautiful olive grove amongst fruit trees and green.
The autonomy of the houses makes visitors feel at home!
The shade of the olive trees and the mountain and sea views offer an incredible calmness and relaxation.
The villas are situated 300 meters from the sea, just three minutes walk from the amazing Gnospi swimming place.
They are only whithin five minutes stroll from the center of the village
with its picturesque harbor where in the early morning caiques bring in fresh fish.

Ground level:
Enterance with small table and chairs.
Living room with sofa, tea table, fire place, TV, satellite and A/C.
The sofa turns into a single bed for an extra person.
Dining area for 3 persons.
Open plan kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, electric cooker, water kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

-Thank you so much for visiting Agios Nikolaos and Petrino Gardenia. We really appreciate your review. I am sorry for the inconvenience regarding the sofa. In the villa description it is mentioned clearly that the sofa is turned into a bed. Thank you for mentioning that visitors have to state it so we avoid any future misunderstandings. So far all our visitors with extra persons have requested the sofa to be prepared. However your review was motivating to add this detail in my description and thank you for this. -Normally all our guests enjoy cooking in the villas and we have to throw away a lot of overused wooden chopping boards. I wish you would have seen the purple non-wooden chopping board in the third kitchen drawer. I would have been glad to replace it with a new wooden one and bring a bigger bread knife along if you had requested. -I personally check everything in the house but sometimes I might skip seeing something. Normally we get very good reviews about the fully equiped kitchen and thank you for also mentioning it. -It is true that the satellite was out of order due to the recent air that moved the antenna. -It has been really nice to have you around and I am glad you had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the village. Once more thank you so much for visiting us and we do hope to see you in Agios Nikolaos in the future. All best wishes! Stavroula

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stavroula (the owner) a message.

If Stavroula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
