Get away for a moment of relaxation at "la Rouquette", with friends or family, in the great authentic house of character situeted in the countryside in Aquitaine; in this well restored old farm of theXVIIIth, retaining original features which combines charm with modern comfort. In this property of 4000m² with a large pivate heated salt water pool, a room for sport-fitness-relaxation, a bowling-alley, a spa and a large BBQ for grill and pizzas and also a large gym set to delight children.
La Rouquette is an isolated charming house of 230m², located in a large park of 4000sqm, 5 km from Beauville, at the top of a plateau overlooking the valley, with a wonderful view.
La Rouquette is a typical Quercy style house with a pigeon-house at the end, located just south above the plateau, with a stunning view over the valley. This propery of 4000m² is located in the countryside, isolated and surrounded by farmland and forests. This is the calm you're looking for on holiday, far from the noice of tne city, hearing the birds, the singing cicadas and crickets. In the large park, there are many trees and flowers. The small path to get there ir rarely used and sometimes you can see hares or deers.
Everything has been planned for great and small to enjoy their holiday. In the park, at the back of the house, you can see a spa for adults and a large private salt water pool, the sportsmen can swim against the stream and it's surrounded with a large terrace.A sports-ground for children and a wooden chalet with bikes are also available. Another terrace with a bathroom leading to the kitchen can be covered to protect from the sun. In front of the park, you can see a bowling-alley for the pleasure of great and small. A fitness and relaxation room with babfoot, ping-pong table, an electronic game of darts, bikes, a rower, gym ball, all for "pilate", equipment for abdominal exercices, a bsketball, a football, a volleyball, rackets for badminton and for speedminton.

On the ground-floor, a large fitted kitchen, a hall, a living-room with fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a CD player, a DVD player, wireless internet, aphone, a safe, comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax, read or watch your favourite TV programmes and two bedrooms with bathrooms.
