Our holiday home (Gov. License Rental Number E-35/1/164) is located in the stunning Valley of Agaete, in the northwest of Gran Canaria. Here you'll find the perfect place to relax in a tranquil environment. Surrounded by mountains, tropical fruit farms and nearby beaches, there is not better place. And there are no tourist resorts here.

Our spacious holiday home with two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a large living room, plenty living space and a top-terrace solarium makes it ideal for couples and families. Our rates include VAT taxes and all other expenses.

Our tropical fruit farm is right beside the property and you will have the unique opportunity to explore it and pick some of your own fruits. We also heavily recommend the 2 hour trek to the top of the mountains where the views are unbeatable as well a visit to the local beaches.

The house has: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, living room, open plan kitchen, interior translucent covered patio, 2 bathrooms and a top solarium. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new electrical appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, etc) and cooking utensils. You really won't miss a thing from home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dailos (the owner) a message.

If Dailos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
