Have a wonderful holiday with family and friends in this exceptional riad in the center of Agadir Talborjt, famous and safe area. Located slightly back from the street, it is very quiet as protected all the city noises. This riad built in traditional Moroccan Berber art by craftsmen will charm you with its authenticity and high quality services, which combine respect for the Berber art, its customs, and lifestyles and customer requirements European. For example Smart TV 43 ".and Wifi 450 mb / s This authentic Berber riad is built on two levels. On the ground floor, a large living room of 70 m²vous welcomes in its center, the skylight. Also in ground floor: the large room "Rose" with 1 double bed 160 and separate bathroom and toilet the open kitchen to the living room is fully equipped with all electro-domestic new equipment, on. floor, around the skylight the corridor you can access 2 double bedrooms delicately decorated and overlooking the skylights and the private patio. the "Violin" room with 1 bed 160 room "Chick" with 1 140 bed each with dressing room and bathroom (shower) Also a laundry room with washing machine and ironing as well as toilet. Finally the patio of 25 sqm without vis-à-vis, very comfortably equipped with an outdoor kitchen you will in privacy to enjoy your days and evenings in privacy. The riad is air-conditioned (air conditioning and roof insulation), it also has a safe deposit box for valuables. 15 min walk, or 2 minutes in one of the many small orange taxis (6-8 dh rate is +/- € 0.70) you will discover the huge esplanade which borders the beach 7 kms. Agadir Bay offers many private beaches (mattress + parasol 25 dhs day) or public, excellent restaurants, traditional Moroccan or European restaurants, casinos and disco clubs. Spring cleaning end of stay is included. A service meal "typical" is offered nightly custom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
