The historic fishing town of Port Isaac is 7 miles away with Tintagel and Boscastle even closer and Padstow a 30 minutes drive away. A luxurious and convenient base from which to discover all that this wonderful part of Cornwall has to offer. The cottage has the benefit of an extensive patio and large first floor balcony. Both face south west and enjoy lovely distant rural views with wonderful sunsets. You will be delighted to return to the cottage after an adventure filled day to sit on the balcony or patio and enjoy perfect peace and tranquillity (and maybe a glass of wine!) while you watch the sun set over the distant horizon. A lovely way to end yet another perfect day. Leisure facilities: those with a fishing licence are welcome to test their skill and luck in the stretch of the River Camel belonging to the property.

This large sunny bedroom also has a seating area, desk and small dressing area with built in wardrobes, TV and french doors that lead out onto a large glass fronted balcony with seating from where you can enjoy superb countryside views. Lounge: which is at the other end of the house, also has bi-folding doors opening out onto yet another patio area with garden furniture and rural views, along with a woodburner, sofas, TV and DVD. Entrance porch: with handmade pew style seating and room for sandy/muddy shoes. On the ground floor you will find the impressive Kitchen/ diner: with floor to ceiling folding French doors which run along the length of the dining area and open out onto a large patio, making a perfect link to the indoor and outdoor dining areas. This room is extremely with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A large cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Large farmhouse table and chairs, woodburner and a seating area with wall mounted TV. This room provides a warm, comfortable and easy space to enjoy at any time of year.Outside: is an enclosed garden with an extensive lawn area ideal for games along with large patio areas with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. There is also a large, secure garage which is ideal for storing bikes, surf boards and fishing rods etc. Amenities: parking for 4 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, modern eco-friendly air source central heating system with underfloor heating throughout apart from the kitchen area where there are radiators and starter supply of logs included.
