Villa Periklis is a 100 m2 ground floor villa located in the beautiful village of Adele. The villa is surrounded by 2 acres of gardens, fruit bearing trees, flowers and surfaces with grass and lawn.

Villa Periklis is the great place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, for families, as well as for couples, as it offers full privacy. It’s a perfect house if you’re travelling with your kids, because all rooms are on the ground floor, which enables you to have easier and more complete supervision in all areas. In it’s garden and pool you can spend endless hours of fun, games and do any other activity you like, such as yoga or reading your favourite book by the pool with a nice cool drink! The wonderful ground terrace with it’s patio furniture and wooden canopy for sun protection, makes outdoor dinning a very pleasant experience, you would want to repeat daily! At night, just sit there and enjoy the breeze, listening to the cicadas’ and crickets’ soft lullaby!

Villa Periklis is just 400 m away, on foot, from the nearest mini market and bus stop which has regular itineraries . That is very convenient, because a car rental is not essential and you can have a car and stress free holiday, take long walks and explore the village! It also is 800 m away from shops and cafes of Adele.In Adele there are many possibilities for good food and drinks, nightlife and entertainment. Everything you need is at hand’s reach! Adele, is a traditional and historical village and is located 15 minutes away from Rethymno. It’s built in the plain, between olive and other fruit trees.

The Villa has an adults’ pool (25 m2 surface and 1,50 m depth) and a children's pool (10 m2 surface and 0,60 m depth) with sun beds and umbrellas, surrounded by a lovely fence of well trimmed bushes. Your children will love it and spend hours splashing and diving and you all gonna get a lovely suntan, which will remind you of these unforgettable holiday moments! Pool and garden attendant is daily. There is also a BBQ in the garden area, which you will find very useful for the preparation of your meals in the garden. There is an outdoor sink too, so you’ll eliminate the clutter in the kitchen. A ping pong table can also be found for unlimited hours of fun!

The Villa has 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen communicates with the living room area and has extra windows and another door. It is very spacious, so you can cook with ease and has lots of cabinets and a lovely dining area. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each and a joined bathroom, while the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and they all have bedside tables, wardrobes and view and access to the garden. The comfortable mattress make sure that you’ll have a good nigh’t sleep! The Villa is equipped with a first aid kit, an linens, covers, blankets and towels. There also is a solar boiler system, which provides hot water all day long.

Also, please let me know if you have any special requests! At your arrival day, your hosts will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area! Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I view and manage my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
