Visiting or working in Adelaide for a short time and need somewhere special to call home?

Need a beach getaway as a couple or holiday with the kids.

Maybe you want to spoil the relatives and put them in beachfront apartment for their stay?

Summer is the best time at the beach, but winter can be wonderful watching the waves come in while you are warm and cosy inside.

Our beach apartment is fully self contained with a little welcome provisions included (tea, coffee, milk, soaps, shampoo, etc ) It is on the beach front, no noisy road in between, you can hear and smell the sea. Furnishings are casual to fit with the relaxed beach setting.

The apartments are 1 of several and most are owner occupiers, so no party plans at this apartment please. Its more about a relaxing beach getaway. This is one of the quieter beaches in Adelaide so your days can be busy, if you like, and your evening will be quiet and your sleeps even quieter, just the sound of the waves rolling in.

Essential Features of the Studio:

• Open plan living / kitchen... watch the sea as you prepare your meals.

• Kitchen fully equipped for cooking – refrigerator, electric hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, all basic crockery.

• 2 bedrooms, both have their own bathrooms. 1 queen bed, other is double bed. Sofa in living area can provide small bed for 3rd person or child.

• Cleaning: $50 per stay

• Security Deposit: $300 per stay

We love our times here at the beach, especially summer, we hope you will too.

We do have mobile 3G wifi available, supplied at cost price from Vodafone. Please enquire directly with us or look at Vodafone australias prepaid mobile broadband website for costs. It is approximately $30 for 3.5 Gb. If you want this on arrival, you must confirm with us 24hrs before check in.

Why can't I call Francesca (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
