Description

Modern and bright one bedroom apartment with beautiful views. It is located on the top of the hill in Torviscas Alto, Costa Adeje. It is modern and equipped for a comfortable holiday. Being in an elevated area, inside the complex there are stairs to reach the pool and to reach the apartment. It has WIFI in common areas and the key can be found in the pool area. At guests' disposal a fantastic pool bar with different menus for a carefree holiday! Also in the same complex a minimarket, we are not missing anything!

“Lovely modern clean apartment with great sunset views from west facing balcony.”

Lovely quiet hilltop location with great views from balcony and pool. Nice pool area and bar. Some bars and food within 5 min walk. Lots more 10-15 mins away and beach 15-20mins. Apartment is really well equipped with everything you will need and spotlessly clean. King size comfy bed with UK TV. WiFi free at bar area but did not reach apartment but 3g was OK. Communication with agent was very good and picking up keys and free transfer was faultless. We will book this apartment again.

Why can't I call Harvey (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Harvey (the owner) a message.

If Harvey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
