Description

The apartment is placed in a luxury residence in front of the sea. With its 56 squares meters, it is a nice flat to leave in. Well equipped, it is ideal for mid or long stay. Quiet apartment for 4 persons with view to the Gomera Island and beautiful sunset everyday.

It has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa/bed (2 persons), a kitchen, a bathroom (separate WC) and a nice balcony with the sea view. In the residence there are two swimming pool (small and big size) and tennis courts. If you prefer the sea, at only 5 minutes walking you will enjoy a small and very quiet beach ("creek"). Large parking lot with limited space and unallocated. The building is accessible for the disabled persons.

At the bottom of the residence, there are small shops (supermarket open 7/7 until 21hrs, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, cybercafé...) and also travel agencies where you will be able to book cars, entrance for parks as Loro Parque, Syam Parks or others place.

Close to the apartment there are many different golfs, diving spots ; and at only 10 minutes by car the busy towns as Playa de las Americas, Adeje, Los Cristianos.

A book is available with good plans to visit the island, boat trips, diving, spa and restaurants addresses.

Situated in the same level as Morrocco, Tenerife is the most interesting island of the Canarian area. With many place to visit as the famous Teide volcan, Los Gigantes, La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque (etc.) and many different activities as golf, diving, trekking and so on. The island is loved for its mild climate, diversity, making it an ideal holiday destination for families and experienced travellers alike.

Adeje

The location of the apartment is placed in the best area of the island (South Tenerife) for the weather because it's normally always sunny and warm. The apartment is near by the principal road which let you visit easily the island.
