Description

A former Weavers Cottage, Grade II listed, has been renovated to a very high standard, is full of character, yet quietly situated just a short stroll from Addingham Main Street. Sleeps maximum of 4.

Suitable for children over the age of 7. Sorry, no pets. No smoking allowed inside the cottage.

Being the end cottage of 4 it has a private southerly facing paved garden area with dining table/chairs and a bbq. There is also a small raised area overlooking the little beck and field with cows and sheep. Access to the garden is from the sitting room or the side of the property, so if you were bringing bikes there is a safe space to store them.

The accommodation briefly comprises:

Dining kitchen with stone flag floor, gas range,dishwasher, washing machine and oak dining table/chairs for 4.

Door through to the comfy lounge with plenty of seating, wood burning stove, and bay window look out onto the garden. Flat screen tv, dvd player. CD/ipod music system.

There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs. It's very sturdy and after a coupe of uses you'll be zipping up and down it! But please bring small suitcases/soft side luggage bags.

The Master bedroom has a king size brass bed and charming outlook over the fields. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed a large chest of drawers but limited hanging space

The bathroom comprises a slipper bath, separate shower, vanity basin and toilet..

Beckside Cottage is in an ideal location for walking in this lovely area. It's warm and cosy, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, and answered emails very promptly. Highly recommended.
