New renovated three rooms apartment in front of The Islands of the Cyclops, a few steps by the sea. Near to Catania, it's ideal for spending time at the beach or reaching the most famous tourist destinations of Eastern Sicily: Taormina, Etna, Syracuse, Agrigento.

Drago Holiday Sea House is a ground floor apartment, recently renovated, located on the seafront of Acitrezza, where couples and families can enjoy the wonderful view of the Faraglioni and Lachea Island.

The 3-room apartment, finely furnished, includes: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom. The living room gives access to a large terrace with sea view, where it is possible to have meals.

The property can accommodate up to 5 people.

The house is furnished with taste and quality, equipped with every comfort.

It is possible to sit on a comfortable sofa and watch the flat-screen TV or take shelter from the heat with an air-conditioner. In the whole structure there is an Internet connection, available both by cable and via WI-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped: pots, dishes, tools.

A hairdryer and a set of linens are available for use in the bathroom.

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available for cleaning your own linen.

The beds in the rooms are ordered with bedspread, sheets and pillowcases.

Acitrezza is a tourist destination where you can take advantage of several equipped beaches, even for children.

It is also famous for the renowned fish market.

Shops, bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies are easily accessible on foot.

The following activities can be practiced in the area:

- boat excursions

- Mountain hiking

- horse riding

The apartment is on the ground floor. There are no obstacles for the disabled.

On arrival the basic necessities are guaranteed: water, tea, biscuits, sugar.

The cost includes the consumption of electricity, water and gas.

PARKING: It's possible to reserve, communicating it, a private parking service (€ 5 a day), or park in the street on the blue spaces (you can pay it by ticket machines arranged below the streets, € 3.20 a day).
