The bathroom includes bath and separate shower and the small downstairs bedroom has full sized bunk beds. A mixture of night storage heaters and underground heating provide background heating to the wood burner. To the back of the house is a fenced garden area with a generous log store for your use.
Western Ardnamurchan is a paradise for those who love the natural world. Kilmory is a quiet crofting township which is teeming with wildlife. Skylarks, birds of prey, wild orchids, pine martins, shore life and other flora and fauna abound. The seashore is a short distance away. Walking in the area ranges from easy saunters to moorland hikes and hill walks and there are many geological and archaeological features of interest, including the site of the recently excavated Viking longboat burial.
