Casa Roma is a two bedroomed house in a quiet corner of Casa Tia Maria, a large country house and grounds in the village of ditches, Granada. The entrance is from a lovely patio which has large double wooden doors to the street. This gives privacy - you can use the patio as a sitting area if the roof terrace is too hot! Entering the house there is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge freezer, and plenty of work surface and cupboards. The gas hot water heater is in the kitchen and the washing up area overlooks the courtyard. In the living room area there is a sofa and sofabed, Music Center, study area and Spanish TV. Winter is provided by an excellent Hergóm heating cast iron woodburner. Upstairs to the bedrooms and large bathroom, the master bedroom and the twin bedded room both have built in wardrobes and there is a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Upstairs again takes you to the roof terrace with table and chairs, views of the hills & the roofs of the village. Casa Roma is a two-bedroom house in a quiet corner of the Community 'House of aunt Mary', a large house with gardens in the village of ditches, Lecrin, Granada. The entrance is a beautiful courtyard featuring large doors double leaf Wood Street. This gives you privacy and privacy - the courtyard can be used as lounge, if the terrace is very hot! At the entrance of the House there is a room in open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with mashine of gas, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cabinets. Hot water heater is gas. It has a window overlooking the courtyard. In the living room there is a sofa and sofa bed, a center of music, study area and television with TDT. Winter heating is provided by an excellent cast Hergóm iron woodburner.
