Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa for rent by 2 day minimum, week or month. With maid, cook and caretaker included. Anita, the cook, prepares wonderful meals with food bought fresh daily by her husband Emilio. Just order what you would like (cost of food not included) and Emilio buys it in the morning and Anita prepares it for you.

There is a fee for additional guests above the first four. The fees are based on the number of guests and the number of bedrooms that they will be using.

Getting around

When we stay at the villa, we travel to Acapulco by bus and leave our car at home. We use local taxis with drivers whom we have known for years. They are reliable and safe. Their rates are inexpensive and they charge by the trip or hour. If you want to go out to a restaurant, the driver will take you there, wait for you and bring you home for a reasonable fee. We also can provide you with transportation to and from the airport.

Interaction with guest

We are available to help you with your questions by phone, email, Whatsapp and Messenger. The daughter of Anita, Norma, speaks English and is available to help you if you don't speak Spanish.

House rules

Large dogs are not allowed. Deposit of $50.00usd per dog required. Dogs must be taken to the garden to relieve themselves. Loss of deposit if dogs defecate or urinate in common areas.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Our pool towels cannot be taken to the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
