Thanks for looking at our very comfortable 2-6 person holiday home in Central Abersoch. Ideal for family beach holidays or walking holidays. Just 3-4 minutes walk to the village, the beach and golf club. Just 20 seconds walk to the Spar.

Free parking.

Beach chairs, winbdbreak, cool boxes, walking poles provided. Masks & snorkels / fins can also be provied if requested, Selection of board games etc for those (very unlikely) rainy days.

Wonderful patio entertaining area with a large gas bbq.

Private communal residents' gardens ideal for a kickabout or a game of rounders.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Minimum 3 nights booking (with any day check in and depart) (except 6 wweks peak Summer which is weekly Sat to Sat plus some bank holiday exceptions).

Official check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am but we will always try to accommodate guest requests for earlier check-in or later check out if there are no back-to-back bookings.

Small and medium sized mature dogs by prior mutual agreement subject to a daily fee of £10 per dog. Max 2 dogs.

I am available by phone or whatsapp 24/7. I also have a relative living in the village who can help in an emergency. There is an emergency key safe outside the front door with a spare key inside it if guests lock the original key inside the house or lose it. The access code for that keysafe will be provided upon request by phone.

Very clean house. Lots of nice touches. Easy for beach and getting into Abersoch. Would recommend. Tim the host returns emails promptly

Property is very well located only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or a few minutes into the centre of Abersoch. Property was clean but could do with modernising.
