Description

Thanks for looking at our very comfortable 2 bedroom, 4-6 person family holiday accommodation in Central Abersoch which is only a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach and to Abersoch Village.

All year except peak season is minimum 3 nights booking (with any day check in and depart). During the peak season in 2019 (the 6 week period from July 20th til 31st August) it is available for weekly bookings only (Saturday to Saturday).

Official check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am but we will always try to accommodate guest requests for earlier check-in or later check out if there are no back-to-back bookings.

Please note: Bed linen is supplied but guests need to bring their own towels, (enough for both house and beach use).

Small and medium sized mature dogs by prior mutual agreement subject to a daily fee of £10 per dog. Max 2 dogs.

Getting around

Once you park you can forget about driving completely if you want to until it's time to go home.With the beach and the village a mere 3 or 4 minutes walk away you can give the car a holiday too. Big walks on the doorstep - our favourite is the Hells Mouth Coastal Path circular. Please note there is a framed OS map on a wall in the house to help you to plan your walks.

Interaction with guest

I am available by phone or whatsapp 24/7. I also have a relative living in the village who can help in an emergency. There is an emergency key safe outside the front door with a spare key inside it if guests lock the original key inside the house or lose it. The access code for that keysafe will be provided upon request by phone.

“Lovely stay”

Great stay at 30 Cae Du! Very clean and perfect for what we needed. Had some lovely evenings and mornings sat out in the balcony. Perfect location as in a quiet area but then just a 5 min walk to Abersoch beach and a 5 min walk and your amongst all the shops and restaurants. Will be staying again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
