Description

This property was the former mill situated on the tributary into the river Soch , and has been tastefully converted into a delightful cottage that retains many original features. If you know Abersoch, you would never believe this stunning , historic, old mill house tucked away in private grounds with its own stream running through the garden, could be so close to the beach, village and all it`s amenities !
Whether you want to surf swim sail fish or just relax in the garden of this beautiful converted old mill house, time spent at Melinsoch will recharge your batteries. The house has been refurbished to the highest standard and has plenty of space for everyone (8 people , plus a cot, ) to do their own thing. The Millers room forms the master bedroom which opens through French doors onto a hideaway balcony with table chairs and parasol. Wake up to a sunshine breakfast for two or serve evening aperitifs whilst overlooking the children playing in the garden. The picturesque reservoir walk is accessed directly from the garden and makes a lovely alternative to a day on the beach. The fashionable village of Abersoch is only a walk away , with plenty of coves and beaches to be explored. You can cross the stream over the wooden plank and through the boatyard to abersoch harbour or stroll along the private drive down to the Harbour beach.Duvets and pillows are provided ,however, duvet covers sheets pillow cases and towels are not provided.

Pets are allowed at owners discretion We must be notified prior to booking what the pets are and how many. Also the pets must be well behaved not allowed on the furniture or upstairs Also , pillows and quilts are provided but you will need to bring your own, bedding and towels.A stream does run through the garden so young children must be supervised at all times.

We love this house fantastic as ever very cosy with the real fire and perfect location for the beach and village we wouldn't stay anywhere else x
