Pantyffwrn is a traditional Welsh country cottage in a perfect spot only one mile from the coast in the vibrant village of Aberporth in West Wales. The cottage has been recently refurbished, retaining many original features which lend it character and charm.

Aberporth is an old fishing village with two of the best sandy beaches on the west coast, one of which is dog-friendly. The beaches are very safe with safe swimming areas patrolled daily between mid July and the end of August. With ample parking, public toilets and showers, two beach side cafes and a pub, Aberporth is an idyllic holiday location. There is easy access to the Ceredigion coastal path, you can walk off-road almost from the door, so ideal for walkers, families and dog lovers to explore the nearby coves with their sheltered sandy beaches.

Large enclosed rear garden with furnished patio, BBQ and lawn area. Behind the garden there is access to a beautiful wooded area. There is driveway parking for 2 cars. Further parking for 1 vehicle roadside.

Pantyffwrn sleeps 6 (plus cot) in 3 bedrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is the master double bedroom which has a large en-suite that includes a roll top bath. There is also a spacious twin bedroom and dressing room / wardrobe room on this floor. On the ground floor there is a further spacious twin room. There is also a large luxurious wet room with underfloor heating.

The comfortable living room has seating for 6, a Freeview TV/DVD, a wood burner and coffee tables.

The kitchen has an electric cooker with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a separate spacious dining room with a stable door at one end leading out to a small courtyard with a bench.

Large enclosed rear garden with furnished patio, BBQ and lawn area. Behind the garden there is access to a beautiful wooded area. There is driveway parking for 2 cars. Further parking for 1 vehicle roadside.
