Description from owner
Roslyn is a 2 bedroomed property, located on The Broadway, Abergele a beautiful seaside town, formally known as a Market Town. The accommodation comprises of 2 double rooms, a recently re-furnished bathroom offering both bath/showering facilities. The kitchen/dining area is light and spacious with French doors opening out into a good sized secure, private garden. There is a very small raised ornamental pond, secured with wired mesh for safety. There is a good sized lounge with adequate seating and a living flame gas fire for instant heat. The property benefits from gas fired central heating. The town's shops/cafes along with a Tesco store are a mere 5 minutes away. There are a variety of pubs along with a wine bar offering good food.
Roslyn offers sleeping for up to 4 plus a baby, (travel cot available at the property).
The kitchen area has been extended and is equipped with a built in oven/grill, extracter, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. All necessary implements/crockery are provided.
Dogs are permitted but no more than 2. A large dog basket is provided for your convenience should you require it or arrive having forgotten your own dogs basket. There is sufficient room in the kitchen area for dogs to sleep, we do not permit dogs to sleep on the furniture.
Carbon Monoxide detectors are positioned along with smoke alarms throughout Roslyn. The detached garage is accessible and can be used to securely store your cycles should you wish to bring them with you. For guests with a young baby there is a travel cot and a high chair available for those requiring them, (stored under cover in garage). There is also a fire guard available for those with youngsters wishing to use the gas fire, safety hooks are positioned in the lounge to attach fire guard to.
There is wi-fi available at the property for guests convenience. Please note all gas/electric is included there is no extra charges, this is the same for all holidays taken in the winter season too, everything is included.
Abergele is historically known as a market town, there are ample nature walks, an 18 hole Golf Course open to non-members, there are 2 parks, Pentre Mawr being the larger offering walks, children's play area and perimeter pathway along with tennis courts, ( dogs welcome in the park).
The Rugby club licenced cafe offers light snacks along with drinks during the Rugby season. Gwyrch Castle is located behind Abergele gollf course offering views across Abergele town stretching down to the sea.
Abergele and Pensarn beach is just 10/15 minutes on foot, under 5 minutes by car. There is ample parking at the beach, 2 cafes, walks and the railway station is close by. There is a cycle path which to the East goes to kinmel Bay/Rhyl, West goes to Llanddulas/Colwyn Bay. Or travel along the coast through to Llandudno, a Victorian town known for its famous pier, its Great Orme with cable cars and tramway which take to you to the summit, along with an artificial ski slope and toboggan run.
North Wales Coast
The island of Anglesey is approximately 43 miles from Abergele, visit the Sea Zoo or visit one of the islands many beaches. There are National Trust properties to visit. Why not visit Caernarfon Castle where Prince Charles's Investiture took place in 1969.
The A548 from the centre of Abergele will take you to the gateway of the Snowdonia National Park, Visit Betwys-Y-Coed, its walking/climbing shops along with its cafe's. Dolgarog in the Conwy Valley has rexently opened a surfing adventure park known as 'Surf Snowdonia'. Visit Conwy Castle, walk along the quay and enjoy a traditional fish and chip supper.

Fab bungalow, has everything you could need for a break away! The dog loved the big garden - it would be great to sit out in summer. The walks nearby are fantastic. Would love to stay again!

“Home away from home...”
We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how well stocked and equipped this lovely bungalow is. The owners have decorated the home and garden beautifully. It is thoughtfully and tastefully done, and is homely and modern. The home is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, Tesco and other shops, a castle ruin and a bus stop with buses every 10 minutes to surrounding areas from Rhyl to Llandudno. We loved the personal touch we were greeted with to make us feel welcome and nourished. Thank you, Mark and Christine. We will definitely be back in the spring or summer. We have already recommended you to friends and family and will continue to do so.

“Roslyn bungalow Abergele”
Absolutely stunning bungalow. We visit family in Abergele twice a year and this is the 1st time we have used this accommodation and if available will use every time we visit North Wales! From all the modern appliances in the kitchen, even a dishwasher, to the high quality of bedding and bathroom towels all provided and all the other immaculate finishing touches in every room that made it so homely, it was even tastefully decorated with a Christmas tree and a few decorations as it was a Christmas holiday break! If the weather had been a bit warmer we would also have taken advantage of the large garden which had a patio area accessible through French doors in the kitchen!! We would highly recommend the property to anybody thinking of booking it

“A fabulous bungalow”
What a fantastic find! The bungalow was just perfect. Very clean and comfortable with everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was such great value for money and great for a family with small children as there are no stairs. There was a great selection of board games to keep my 5 year old entertained. It is a perfect base for exploring North Wales. Mark was very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly be recommending to family and friends!

I cannot rate this highly enough, Mark & Christine really have gone the extra mile, absolutely everything we needed and more was available - and the location is perfect as we really wanted the quiet at the end of the day you cannot get on a caravan park. “Great place to stay .”
The Bungalow is in a very good location , nice and clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay . The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise . With a bus stop at the end of the road we were able to leave the car and explore . We are hoping to visit again .
