Idyllic 4 bedroom holiday home, offering superb self-catering accommodation for families and groups of friends. Boltachan Dell is a stylish, architect designed house, sitting in a large woodland garden, near the Highland Perthshire town of Aberfeldy.

Well trained dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement- more than 2, please enquire.

The main living area is large, sunny and open plan with glazed sliding doors opening onto a spacious natural slate terrace. The living space includes a superbly equipped modern kitchen and dining area. A wood burning stove provides a focal point in the ample sitting area. There is a SONOS sound system and B&W speakers, a large flat screen TV with Freeview and Apple TV with access to Netflix etc as well as a large assortment of DVDs, games and puzzles. There is table football in the room adjacent to the downstairs bedroom.

Off the first floor landing there is an additional gallery sitting room with glazed doors to a balcony and lovely views south to the River Tay.

The house caters to getting outdoors. A spacious lobby at the front door provides shelves for shoes and boots and an adjacent large utility room has ample drying space.

The first floor includes master kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom, shared by two bedrooms, one twin and one either super kingsize or twin. The ground floor includes a shower room which can be configured as en-suite for the kingsize bedroom.

The living space opens onto a sunny lavender lined patio, which in the summer months furnished with a BBQ and dining table. The house is set in over an acre of woodland garden - oak, pines, firs, ash, willows and beech with red squirrels and many birds. The garden is enclosed on 3 sides, extending to Boltachan Burn on the fourth. There are places for sitting and relaxing and there is a badminton net at the bottom of the garden.

Ample parking space beside the house is available.

Aberfeldy is a short walk away, across the foot bridge and golf course, along the side of the river.

How do damage deposits work?

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
