“Don't hesitate its a great place and location.”

Reviewed 5 Jun 2013

The owner could not have been more helpful or understanding. We were even allowed to start our holiday 2 days early, making 9 nights in total. The Armoury was as described, a couple of things could be added to improve the kitchen equipment (especially for 5 people) and a few bulbs need replacing as they are too high to reach! But other than those very minor quibbles it was a heavenly stay. Great location, walkable to the supermarket, brilliant butchers, great pubs and of course this town and its surrounding area is breath-taking. We will certainly want to book this again next year and hopefully enjoy another 9 days of hot and sunny weather (in fact there wasn't one drop of rain for the whole holiday). Thanks again Rosemary and see you again next year.

“Excellent accommodation. Secluded but in a central location.”

A fascinating spacious house steeped in local history. Wonderful kitchen area with huge bright extension overlooking large enclosed mature garden. Secluded from main road but very central for all necessary holiday amenities. Surrounding area has beautiful scenery and many interesting locations to visit. Our favourite - The Scottish Crannog Centre on Loch Tay. Numerous outdoor acitivities readily available. Owner is extremely helpful and provided several good recommendations regarding restaurants, shopping etc. We plan to return.

“A spacious comfortable holiday home”

Located in Aberfeldy near to excellent eating places and a good variety of shops, the house is spacious and well equipped with a large enclosed rear garden. A new Community Campus is to the rear of the property. There are walks from the door and 2 Munros are easily accessible for the more adventurous as well as lovely drives into the mountains and glens.
