APARTMENT – TO RENT – SHORT TERM WELCOME
Ideally suited to someone visiting Aberdeen for a short/medium period of time, possibly for work and looking for a relaxing environment more like a home rather than a hotel.
The stunning apartment is available for short/medium term to suit your needs. Newly refurbished throughout with MARKS & SPENCER products this apartment is in a central location, yet peaceful area set in a tree lined street. Only minutes walk to a bus stop and a short drive to the train station, so whether you are visiting on business or pleasure this apartment will suit you very well.
This luxury apartment is centrally located overlooking the River Dee in a grade 2 listed building with period features and has private off street parking. This very large one bedroom flat has a designer style with open plan living.
The living area with mood lighting has two large sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and comes with all the necessary bedding. A 50” Panasonic 3D TV (4 pairs 3D glasses) complimented by the Panasonic wireless sound system with 3D bluray player and iPod docking station ensures you will be well entertained.
The Dining area caters for four and the apartment comes fully equipped with all your tableware. You will also have a cocktail cabinet housing all your glassware and barware, ice bucket cocktail glasses etc. all from M & S of course!!
The designer kitchen has fully integrated appliances, full size dishwasher, fridge, freezer washer/dryer, Touch screen Oven, Microwave/Steamer, plate warming drawer, even a wine cabinet! Kitchen comes with solid granite worktops and glass topped sink.
The coffee bar discreetly concealed next to the kitchen houses the M & S “bean to cup” coffee machine, ice maker and all the necessary cups to make your preferred choice of coffee.
The double bedroom is decorated to a high standard with top of the range M & S Autograph bed and bedding and includes a LED TV with built in DVD, mood lighting, electronic safe, Corby trouser press, iron and board.
The shower room has a double walk/in shower, heated flooring and a bathroom TV with freeview and USB port all towels provided.
This is a fully furnished apartment –simply move in!!

Stayed at Marks @ The Manor for 3 nights while attending a conference. We originally only booked for 2 nights but were given the option of a third night for a good price, and decided to take it. So very glad that we did. Like the title says, the apartment was quite simply faultless. Everything inside it is of a very good quality, and everything you would hope to find is there, along with a lot more besides. The owner Richard was extremely efficient and pleasant, and clearly takes a great deal of pride in what he does. That comes through in every aspect. The quality of the goods within the apartment, the cleanliness (the whole apartment was spotless), even the toiletries and cleaning products were available in abundance. There was a very nice hamper for our arrival, which again was more than you would expect, and all of good quality produce. There were some terrific extra touches including an 'Alexis' which was really helpful for providing a wide variety of music on tap, although she had a bit of a job with my Scots accent at times! The great quality coffee maker and ice making machine were also really useful extras that just added to the whole 'high quality' experience of the stay. Add to that the lovely location, and the ease with which to be in the city centre within minutes means I would not think of looking anywhere else any time I plan a stay in Aberdeen having now found this place. Richard told us he is already working on another apartment in the same building which I would fully expect to be of the same high quality. I will be keeping a look out for it with a view to heading back there as 2 couples for a lovely break away in the future.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this apartment (we had originally booked for 2 nights but loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night) and have had a great Easter weekend. Richard was lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He took the time to talk us through everything in the apartment so we knew how to use the various appliances and also gave us suggestions about what to do during our time in Aberdeen as we'd never been before. He provided us with a hamper of food including biscuits, bread, milk, orange juice and butter which was great. The apartment itself is absolutely immaculate and stunning, Richard has a great eye for detail and everything in the apartment is of an exceptionally high standard and quality. The bed was so comfy and we had a great sleep every night of our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the bathroom was fab too. The apartment is located in a quiet area about a 5/10 minute drive from the city (we were about £7 in a taxi to get to the Union Square Shopping Centre) so you get the close location to the city but without all the hustle and bustle. Overall we could not fault anything about the apartment and we will be recommending to our family and friends and will definitely stay here again when we return to Aberdeen (which will hopefully be in the not-too-distant future). “Stunning Luxury Apartment”
Wow wow wow ! I've never stayed in such a stunning apartment with so much attention to absolutely everything from the directions to check in and subsequent explanation of the apartment when we arrived to check out this apartment and Richard delivered 100% 5 star service. We arrived late this was not a problem and were greeted by Richard and a welcome basket with food goodies all from M & S my wife was bowled over with at alone even milk orange juice etc in the fridge ! travel a lot around the world and stay in high end hotels and apartments but I've never been anywhere when I went to look for something I needed it was there ! My wife loves entertaining and boy this apartment is an entertainers and a chefs dream even had cocktails stirrers in our very own cocktail cabinet for my wife's mojito ! Even a cocktail book from Marks and Spencer ! I champagne buckets wine coolers crystal glasses it's just fantastic. Designer kitchen grantite worktops and an wine fridge - 5* I will view Marks and Spencer in a totally different light now after staying at Marks at the Manor as this was sheer luxury comfy lounge sofas, an absolutely fantastic bed and a great nights sleep too. The apartment was so nice we extended our stay as we both didn't want to leave - and that's not like me ! We invited friends round up to show off our new found gem they could not believe the stunning decor so tastefully done in a very special period building that was so quiet and yet so close the town centre. We probably spent more time in this apartment than any other as it was too nice to leave.with a 3D TV movie on the Sunday night it was like being at the movies with a great sound system to boot. Our friends were so impressed they now want to book for their wedding anniversary. Can't praise this guy enough for what he's done here it's phenomenal for an apartment in Aberdeen, Richard thank you, job well done and yes we will definitely be back that's if my wife doesn't kit out our new home with your M & S ideas 5 star++++ mate ! You've really inspired us to do up our home now. Great stay fantastic value looking forward to another stay that's if your not fully booked !

We loved our stay at Marks@Manor ! We do a lot of travelling around the world and indeed the UK, from our experience this apartment is one of the best. No detail has been missed, you walk in and just relax, it feels like home. Quality everything and everything you could wish for has been careingly provided, in style, in a luxurious, yet comfortable interior. Parking easy, entrance to apartment with luggage easy, communicating with owner easy. Bed and linen, comfortable and luxurious, kitchen well equipped and equipment is in as new condition. Quality TV. “5-Star Hotel Grade Accommodations”
What a great professional yet personal experience staying at Marks At the Manor. This was my first experience is staying at a Tripadvisor property and I was very impressed. The property host, Richard sent very timeline reminders and even asked if I needed transportation or any special requests for the property. He was the concierge desk who was always available. As you can see my attached photo, the property is in a beautiful part of Aberdeen just a few steps from the River Dee. Getting taxi or even walking to the Abergelde Pub down the street was a snap. The living room and kitchen could not have been nicer. The lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom were all 5-star grade and very spacious. The coffee maker, washer/dryer and appliances were all top-of-the-line. I could have lived here for a few months instead of a few days that I was limited to. Do yourself a favor and forget about the crusty, damp, and dark hotels and stay at Marks at the Manor and feel like a Rock Star.

Excellent stay all round, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated for Christmas. Richard was perfect host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He made such an effort to ensure everything was to our liking. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again, our expectations were very much exceeded.

We had a wonderful week's stay at Marks in May this year. The pictures really don't do justice to how beautiful this apartment is. It is tasteful and stylish and comfortable and incredibly well equipped: a cook and entertainer's dream and we did both! Our guests were so impressed they took photographs. I truly believe that the owner thought of everything when equipping and furnishing it. It is also well located with its beautiful river frontage, large supermarkets in walking distance and a bus stop near by. For the energetic it is a comfortable half an hour's walk into town. If we have one small criticism it is that the bedroom was a little hot. The window is broken and wouldn't open, and the duvet too thick: problems easily repaired by mending the window and providing a choice of cooler bedding. Having said this, we are planning another trip to Aberdeen in March and will definitely try to get this stunning apartment to stay in.

“Above and Beyond”
This was my second visit to Marks @ The Manor and it was every bit as delightful as my first visit. As a regular, solo business traveller to Aberdeen it is a rarity to find accommodation that is filled with as much charm and comfort as Marks is. The price is reasonable, on par with Aberdeen accommodation, but I think the experience is superior. I opted for the food package and the wine and cheese selection. A choice of red or white wine plus a selection of delicious cheese, all from M&S, of course. When I travel I look for accommodation that is comfortable, clean, safe and quiet and Marks @ The Manor ticks all of the boxes. The entrance lobby houses a large storage cupboard complete with iron and ironing board, sewing kit, clothes rail and central heating controls. All room lead off the lobby. The bathroom is modern and there are plenty of towels provided. (Bring your own toiletries). The double bedroom has loads of wardrobe space, a small television, dressing table and iphone docking alarm clock radio. And if you wake during the night you only have to look to the ceiling to see the time, projected. The open plan kitchen-dining-living room is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Laundry and dishwasher tabs are provided. The barista machine is a Godsend first thing in the morning and offers a range of coffees. There is free wifi. If you have little to do in the evening, there is a massive 3d television and a selection of DVDs available. I have found a lot of Aberdeen accommodation to be over priced and poorly maintained so to find somewhere I look forward to returning to, speaks volumes.
