My wee (2-rooms, 1-bedroom) flat is on the 3rd floor (NO LIFT AVAILABLE) of a classic granite building in central Aberdeen right opposite Union Gardens. This is a small but cosy, fully furnished & equipped flat in the centre of everything!

This is a professionally cleaned & managed flat with a contact for everything you may need!

We also offer parking permit for those visitors with a car at NO extra cost!



Welcome to 62 Skene street!

Situated minutes from everything central Aberdeen has to offer, this 3rd floor, 1-bed flat (please note: NO LIFT) is fully equipped with whatever you might need for your stay, ideal for one or two people (while a small child can sleep on the sofa for a few days).

The flat is fully insured and professionally managed with 24-hours response available for emergencies for complete peace of mind and a relaxed check-in and stay. This is a previously VisitScotland 3-star-rated property (2016) also in the scheme for hikers and walkers while golfers will also find it practical.

We make sure you have dispensable stuff such as rubbish bags, kitchen and toilette tissues and on top of that you should find complimentary bottled water and refreshments upon arrival! Other stored, dry food is also complimentary as this is a living apartment and we love providing for our guests! Fast internet, just a couple of DVDs and all appliances are there for you to use as well as additional electric heaters for the very cold days of the winter!

Getting around

Steps from the flat you can find a bus stop although you are 5-10 minutes walking from anywhere on Union Street and the centre. Taxis are frequent outside the flat (details of companies can be given) and the central train station of Aberdeen is around 15 minutes walking away!

Interaction with guest

Although I m also available myself, the flat is fully professionally managed and details of the manager are given upon confirmation of the booking. My manager will also check you in, show you are and answer any questions you may have. Additional services at a cost or late check in could also be available.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in this cosy apartment it was like home to home clean & bed was comfy but 5 out of 5 for this wee flat only thing its 4th floor so not got disabled access. But for the 3 nights is was 5-10 mins walk to union street so central too got local food too best fish & chips ever. So thanks we will be back.

Marvellous location --flat was nice and cosy and adequate for the two of us--lovely pub down below flats was great--the only negative point was the 63 steps up to the flat but it kept us for Lol!!

We now have installed a new shower and there's actually a choice between 2 separate batteries/water sources. Just a small correction this is a 3-story building, not 5 and we make sure to mention there is no lift in the description! How do damage deposits work?
