This detached holiday cottage provides ample opportunities for family days out, with the beach, amenities and attractions within walking distance.. Ground Floor:
There are 9 steps to entrance.
Living room 1: With 40" Freeview TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
Living room 2.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility room: With fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Cloakroom: With toilet.. First Floor:

Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bedroom 4: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair.. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a 2ft drop from the lawn to the patio. At the far right hand side of the back lawn, there is a wall almost 3ft high with a drop of just over 5ft on the other side.. Situated a pleasant walk from the harbour and beaches of the picture postcard town of Aberaeron, Llawryglyn offers plenty of space for a family holiday. There’s a large lounge and a second sitting room, which is beautifully furnished and ideal as a quiet reading room or an area for board games. There is also a kitchen/dining room with formal dining for six, and an additional fold-up chair available for a seventh guest. Outside there is an enclosed garden and patio, perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. Aberaeron has an excellent selection of unique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, all within a setting of Georgian coloured houses and buildings. The harbour is the perfect spot to have a go at crabbing, or enjoy fish and chips and an ice cream flavoured with local honey! Sailing plays a big part of life in the town and during the summer you are likely to catch one of the series of regattas, or maybe the tug of war competition across the water. There are many other events in the town during the season including the Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival, and the Welsh Pony and Cob Festival.
Not far from Llawryglyn, you can take the delightful level walk along the pedestrian and cycle track to Llanerchaeron, an 18th-Century gentry estate, now owned by the National Trust. Here you can wander around the gardens and grounds, enjoy the café, or visit the house itself, the most complete example of the early work of John Nash. Visit nearby New Quay, where you can take a dolphin watching boat trip, Aberystwyth with its pier, promenade and the world’s oldest working electric cliff railway, or take the steam train to Devil’s Bridge and the stunning waterfalls. Travelling inland, discover the Cambrian Mountains, steeped in myths and legends, and one of the few remote areas left in southern Britain. Although there are only a few roads across the mountains, they are some of the most scenic routes in Britain.
Families will enjoy a visit to the Silver Mountain with tumbling streams, mysterious forests, long abandoned mine workings and the Black Chasm - Wales’ scariest underground experience! Ceredigion is the perfect place for a weekend break or longer stay, with award-winning beaches, coves, cliffs and caves with wonderful wildlife, miles of coastal walks and spectacular sunsets. The local pub is within walking distance, so after a busy day’s adventure, treat yourself with a delightful meal. The whole region has a thriving cultural identity just waiting to be explored, and what better way to discover it all than with a stay at Llawryglyn.
