Moray Park Terrace is a modern apartment on a corner location with panoramic views towards Edinburgh city centre and Holyrood Park.Less than one mile to City Centre ( Free Parking Bay )

The apartment is in a modern development situated between Abbeyhill and Meadowbank. It is newly furnished and fully centrally heated. It consists of a living room with double sofabed, one bedroom with KING-SIZE bed, fully fitted kitchen including microwave and washing machine, bathroom, and hall. The apartment is on the third floor on a corner location offering a greater level of privacy than in many other locations. There is Free WIFI ( THERE IS NO LIFT )

The living room has a bay window with open outlook and there is a Large Flat Screen TV, digital free-view , and a small Hi-Fi/CD player. There is a private parking space situated directly outside the stair.

A 'Sainsbury's' supermarket and other shops are located across the road. Local bus stops are also situated across the road and there are a number of buses into the centre of town which takes only 5 minutes. If walking; to the east end of the city centre it is about 15-20 minutes. To Holyrood Palace, the foot of the Royal Mile, the Scottish Parliament and The Queens Park, it is only a 10 minute walk. It is excellent for visitors; with theatres, galleries, cinemas, shopping, pubs, restaurants, and other attractions within easy reach.

Although the property is good for families, it is also ideal for couples and people travelling alone.

There is a refundable payment of £70 in cash upon arrival paid back if no damages.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
