The Scotland region

Edinburgh is the Capital city of Scotland and boasts both a castle and a palace at Holyrood that is still in use by the present Queen. Parkside sits in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the queens park. The area is well served by restaurants, bars, sports facilities and glorious parkland. A short walk through the Queens park will take you to the palace, the Scottish parliament and dynamic earth. You can walk the 'radical road' that the Scottish enlightenment movement walked. Heading into town you can walk past Edinburgh university, St Giles and Parliament Square housing the law courts and library. John Knox house a little further with ghost tours underneath the old town now covered since the plague.
Traditional mixes with new and a cosmopolitan atmosphere pervades with 4 universities and a large student population with the oldest city university of Edinburgh nearby. A short drive will take you to the coast and the beautiful beaches in East Lothian.

Living room as you see the picture, other than the living room is not as you see. Both toilets very little space, even you can not sit straight. All floors make very noice and late nights vary annoying. Only positive point is the location. This house I recommend in fair rent >£80. Please don't trust all those pictures

Nice clean appartment with very comfortable beds. Modern well equipped bathrooms with loads of hot water. Great location and very helpful owner, definately recommend this property.

Bright, spacious, modern, clean - just what we needed. Extra bonus points for the milk being organic! Floorboards are a little creaky, but this in no way affected our stay. No idea why such a poor review from previous residents

This apartment is in an ideal location. It is minutes away from holyrood palace and the bottom of the Royal Mile. It is a spacious apartment and also well equipped. The owner also let us check out later than normal as nobody was arriving the same day. A great few days. Thank you!
