“Great vacation rental” We really enjoyed our week at "3 Seas Cottage" B. Each floor was roomy, sunny, clean, and very well appointed. The kitchen(s) were equipped with everything we needed. Rooms and beds were comfortable; furnishings are high-quality and even elegant. The quiet location makes for an easy walk into downtown Rehoboth, or, with the free parking permit provided with the rental, a very short drive to the beach. (With two young kids, all of our beach gear, and the beach chairs and umbrella provided with the rental, we chose to drive.) Susan is an ideal owner -- hospitable and helpful. Our rental at 3 Seas Cottages was the foundation of a great week of vacation in Rehoboth Beach. We plan to return!

“Beautiful DE beach, newly renovated cottage,and welcoming owner” The cottage was just as pictured.We received directions on how to enter the cottage and where to park, even mentioning where the light switches were if we arrived late. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. We were close to all the restaurants and shops along Rehobeth avenue. We made use of the outdoor barbeque and screened in porch. Susan had directions to the beach and favorite restaurant suggestions printed and left on the coffee table. I am sure that there are many wonderful rentals in Rehobeth Beach, but the friendly, welcoming conversations with Susan made this 2 week rental very special.We plan to rent here again.
