“Perfect position for all the attractions” The location is perfect with supermarkets, taxis, buses and bars all available within a 5 min walk. The apartment is very comfortable with 2 well equipped bedrooms and a walk in shower which doesn't flood the floor ! Hairdryer and at least 6 new beach towels are available, as well as clean linen and other towels. These were changed, beds made and apartment cleaned each week of our 4 week stay. Although the main beach and bars plus the port are within a 10 min walk we stayed in and cooked some nights as there is a full kitchen, on those nights we enjoyed the full range of tv channels (Sky channels other than football, BtSport, BBC, ITV and for Welsh speakers S4c ) Weather was hot and sunny everyday, it did rain one day for 10 mins ! Golf at Lanzarote Golf Club was a big plus ,wonderful course within a 6 min drive of the apartment The view from the covered terrace is superb with a pretty black sand raked garden with bright flowers and to your left a view of the sea, pool available as well but it's not heated so not for us in February. Already booked for next year !

“Great stay” Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and the outside space was amazing. It was a bonus having the TV with so many channels and films available and my hubby loved the sports channels The location was great, 10mins down to main street, then 10mins walk to Lidle supermarket. Would definitely recommend this villa.

“Great villa, very clean and well looked after in a great location” Spent a week in Casa Becky with friends. The villa is perfect for four people, plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is particularly spacious and the pool was very well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is more than adequately equipped for four people and the showers are great - can't say that for every villa I've stayed in! If you're put of in any way by the lack of on-line payment facilities, don't be. The owner offers a variety of ways to pay which are all perfectly safe and secure. I'll definitely be keeping this villa in mind for future trips to this area of Lanzarotte but I can already see it's booked up well in advance, which does not surprise me. I would definitely recommend this villa for couples, families and groups of friends as the two bedrooms/two bathrooms gives everyone space while the outside terrace is great for outdoor eating and evening drinks around the pool.

“Excellent” I am just back from villa sanna and it was wonderful the villa has everything you need and more I was familiar with the location as I was in the villa facing it in oct I would and have already recommended lanzarote4u to friends and family it's has 3 bedrooms which was great, the living room was massive plenty of space

“excellent villa suitable for all ages.1st class location and very reasonably priced.” Just spent a very memorable week at Casa De Esperanza and cannot think of a negative detail. Rebecca was just terrific to communicate with and answered my endless questions promptly and with such clarity that I felt I had already stayed at the villa. Villa had every modern convenience we needed, we just had to supply food & drink. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & lounge all modernly furnished & all in superb condition. The patio & pool were just paradise and we probably spent 80% of our week there as weather was excellent. Location is close to town centre & beach which are a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. We are a family of 6. Myself & my wife (60s), son & partner (30s) and 2 grandsons 8 & 2. Not one of us could pass a negative remark about our stay. This was a "one off" late break but because it was so enjoyable, after arriving home at 2am this morning I emailed Rebecca at 10am and have provisionally booked again for next year.

“Perfect!!!” We have just returned from staying at Villa Frances and it exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is beautiful, the garden and pool area is so pretty and the pool is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend paying for the heating as we were still swimming at 7.30pm and it was one of the best pools we have used - having been to Lanzarote many times over the last 10 years. The villa is situated in a perfect spot, just 2 mins from everything yet completely quiet so you really can have it all! The view from the balcony is fantastic and we couldn't believe that only a few minutes away were the beach, shops, all the nightlife and hussell and bussell, yet complete relaxation around the villa. The pictures do not do it justice as there has been new décor and it has been very well thought of. Lynn the lady who looks after the villa is lovely - always happy and very helpful and takes great pride in its appearance which shows. We will be coming back - Thank you Frances and Lynn x

“Fabulous, has everything” Raul met us at the taxi to let us in the complex and show us around the apartment. It is fabulous, lots of room, air con, beautifully decorated. There is a private patio also. Everything is supplied. The complex is so beautiful and quiet and has a lovely pool. We highly recommend these hosts and this apartment, we will be back in the future.
