The Dairy Cottage Pocan
Dreamy, Quaint Cottage in Serene Setting

There isn't enough I can say to encapsulate my all too brief stay at The Dairy Cottage. Directions were perfect. The Drive to the cottage brought us to beautiful countryside. Sheila and Michael's kindness was evident from the beginning. We were greeted by a delicious apple tart. Perfection. The Cottage was everything you imagine a beautiful Irish country cottage to be. What better way to immerse yourself in the experience of Ireland? This was just what I needed for my sons and I. I traveled with 5 and space was plenty. We enjoyed the peat fires and also tea on the patio in the morning as we gazed at the sun rise, and at our neighbors, the cows. The smell of clean air, the expansive green that stretched beyond imagination, and the coziness that awaited us inside the cottage, made it hard to leave it each day for travels. I am so happy that I was fortunate to glimpse this life, so very different from my own. I would come back here a thousand times over. Leaving it was one of hardest things I had to do, wishing for more time there is a wish well worth wishing.see more
