“Beautiful villa in great location!” Stayed here for 2 weeks of pure relaxation, villa is large and lovely. All 4 bedrooms are en-suite, plus extra toilet downstairs. Spotless throughout, cleaners came half way through and changed beds and towels and cleaned whole villa. Villa is in a good location for younger people, not suitable for people with less mobility, this was our only negative point, but it didn't ruin our holiday. There is an Aldi and Lidl store within a 5min walk from the villa, the square in the old town was a 15min walk downhill, slightly longer walk back up but only cost 5 euro for a taxi. There is plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the old town, also the beach. We also booked our airport transfers through Dale, would definitely recommend doing this. No need for car hire as everything within walking distance. We were a family of 7 on this holiday, and was 1 of the best holidays we've ever been on, lots of wonderful memories made here, I will definitely consider going back in the near future, Thank you.

“Very big spacious villa good for families, close to old town and the beach. No need for a car.” The villa was clean and well stocked with towels, we arrived in low season (end of March) so it was a little cold, but we were provided with extra bedding straight away. Villa is good for a family, but there is a volume issue, after 10pm there can be no noise, as they have a strict residential policy. Also not recommended for those who do not like the noise of the road as it is on a well used road, but the traffic does reduce after 7pm. Pedro and his mother and sister were very nice and extremely accommodating, all the rules are fully explained and pedro’s mother or sister are on hand if you need help. What was also very good was the local supermarket and Lidl & Aldi all in walking distance. Old Town and the beach are also within walking distance and there is a small children’s park also in walking distance. Overall we were a group of 9 with teenagers and a 4 year old and it was a perfect holiday. There was a pool table and football table to occupy the teenagers as well as the pool, which was very clean. Thanks to Pedro and his family we had an amazing stay in his villa. I would recommend this villa to any family and would definitely stay again.

“Fantastic find!” Been coming to Alvor for a while now & this was a fantastic find. Welcomed by Mario & Dora on arrival, smiles every time we where shown another room. Four of us stayed & had a room each with en suite, Plus you have a main bathroom. Great size living room & fully equipped kitchen, great to chill out in BBQ area. Loved the dipping pool. Great place to stay! close by to bars, restaurants, harbor & beach.

“Perfect for larger group” Our group of 7 (2 families with teenagers) stayed at Villa 15 for 2 weeks. The location was perfect, The Strip was just down the road and Old Town just a pleasant 15 minutes walk away. The Villa was clean and comfortable, towels and bedding were changed during our stay which we had not expected. The outside space was wonderful - sun all day around the pool with a BBQ and dining area meaning we had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent - we would definitely stay again.

“Fantastic villa in excellent location” This really is a lovely four bedroom villa in a quiet location but within just a few minutes walk down into Carvoeiro. It has a very large lounge and dining area on the ground floor (the photos on the website don't do it justice) and a great kitchen which is very well equipped. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom or en-suite. Outside there is a huge covered patio area with a BBQ and a table and chairs to seat the whole family. Just down a few steps there is a gated pool which is perfect for children. There's lots of space outside, with a garden area with astro turf covering, again great for children. There are great views over Carvoeiro and the sea and because it's on a hill you get the breeze from the sea when you are by the pool. We arrived earlier than expected at he villa but Alex was still there to meet us and we were allowed to leave our luggage while the cleaners were finishing off preparing everything for our stay. That meant we could walk down to Carvoeiro to Cafe Fino (10 mins walk away) and grab lunch and a beer or two. I can't praise this villa enough. We had an amazing holiday there and would definitely stay again.
