Thanks Edele for taking the time to write your review. I am pleased you found the position of our home to your liking. As you state our home is convenient not just for the sand, sea and shops (and restaurants), but also to many of our world renowned attractions. I was so pleased when you told me you were out on the beach even when it was dull and cloudy. I was glad young James made good use of buckets and spades. Not so glad to see that Dad broke his arm just before leaving for your holiday. You will have to return and this time YOU have the holiday, hopefully with Jim ‘firing on all fours’. See you soon.

It is disappointing to note that the cleaning was not fully undertaken and we shall review this with the cleaner. The £10 electricity allowance is standard but we always ensure there is sufficient electricity available to our visitors. We will update our website to reflect this. Unfortunately we have nowhere else to locate the washing machine & tumble dryer and appreciate that this may be unpleasant to operate in inclement weather.
The house has oil heating available for use in times of cooler temperatures, with back up electric heaters.

Thank you for your review and very I'm sorry you found the 2 flights of stairs up to the Pacific Apartment a bit of a challenge. Had I known this was an issue I wouldn't have upgraded your party to this larger apartment. I only did so to ensure both couples would have a double bed. Although I have hopefully made it clear on Holiday Lettings that the Pacific is really not suitable for people with mobility/fitness issues or very young children because of the stairs, I will amend the description to make it clearer that the Pacific is on the second floor. Hopefully the comfy sofas in the living room provided a bit of respite before making it up the internal stair case to the bedrooms!
