I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the villa and service you received.I wish I had known previous to this. The oven is in perfect working order and instructions for the use of all kitchen appliances are in the cupboards above each appliance including diagrams to help. Another set of instructions are in the guest information book which also contains information about the area, places to go, eating out and further tips to help you. Unfortunately one of the previous guests was a little over zealous with cleaning the oven and rubbed off some of the markings. I have never had anything detremental said about the key holders, usually they are praised for their helpfulness and friendliness. Sometimes things go wrong despite all attempts to the contrary and getting a washing machine fixed within 2 days is brilliant, especially in Spain!! I do ask guests to help by letting us know if anything gets broken. We try exceedingly hard to ensure that the villa is 5* standard and have been complimented on our “home from home”achievment.
