“Amazing location and scenery” I came up with friends for a weekend and wanted to stay a lifetime. This cottage had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway outdoors. Cute little town nearby for food, hiking close by, kayaks to float around in and a fire pit to unwind by. The host (Pat) and her husband were nice as can be and made our stay at their cottage comfortable and relaxing. Honestly, i don't have one critical thing to say about our experience at this cottage. We all agreed that we'd like to come back to this exact spot and do it all again.

“This house was amazing!” My family stayed at this house in January and all I can say is that it is a spectacular house. Everything is brand new, and the house has everything you could want - 3 large flat screen tvs, hot tub on the deck looking at the slopes, pool/ping pong table, steam shower, one wood burning and one gas fireplace, wireless, cable, and much more. This is easily one of the nicest, if not the nicest, homes in Lake Harmony and you will be extremely happy if you rent it. The house had everything we need to cook and eat meals for our large group. And when we wanted to go out, there were great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. And Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Split Rock lodge were all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, and even allowed us to check out late. We cannot wait to rent this house again - and are considering the summer, since the house is within a 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake. It is easily 5 stars.

“Relaxation” This house and property is great! We were 10 people and had plenty of space to lounge. The deck and dock are great in the afternoon and evening to watch the sunset.

“Love Love Love Love This House!” The house was even more beautiful than the pictures gave it credit for. The view outside is amazing, the downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. Maggie was amazing, she responded right away and gave us our deposit back really fast. We'd definitely stay again!

During the height of the industrial revolution, millionnaires would often flee the bustle of New York and Philadelphia during the summer and escape to the Pocono Mountains. - Relax in the spa: Before the ski slopes took centre stage, the Poconos had a reputation for isolation, tranquillity, and world-class spa experiences. Now it's known for other things, but the spa culture here is still amazing.
