“Villa 003 Parque Santiago 3” This villa has the best views I have ever seen. Located on the sea front you get to see the most spectacular sunsets ever. However... the main shutters to back garden are so warped it was difficult to open them and impossible to lock them so security was near to zero!! The patio doors in th master bedroom were not secure as lock was broken (we were given a mop handle to place at bottom of door) very poor. The bidet in main bathroom leaked constantly even though the agent shut off the water supply. The WiFi didn’t work ... the television kept switching itself off, at least 15 tines an hour... most annoying. The sofa in the living room is worn and dated. This villa could be so much more with a little updating. These are minor faults that once remedied will vastly improve future experiences.

“A wonderful break” Had a fantastic week in Tenerife. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Everything you may need and an en-suite for each bedroom. Beds very comfortable and patio area out the front is excellent with your own sun beds. The villa is just a few metres from the pool area and a nice little cafe. No sun-bed or umbrella wars either! We enjoyed drinks on the balcony overlooking the pool each evening followed by a short walk to a huge choice of restaurants and bars. Will be hoping to return to villa 16 soon!

“What more could you want?!” Just returned from this fabulous apartment on a great resort. The location is just perfect. Overlooking the beach and close to the resort facilities - but not too close that you get any noise. Don't be put off by the fact that you have to deal direct and not through the site. Caroline responds to emails promptly and the communication, organisation and administration is a well oiled machine. It was unusual to receive the apartment keys through the post along with detailed instructins. But it worked perfectly and there was nothing we didn't know when we got there! Sue who is the 'on site' contact and Blanca who heads up the cleaning team are great, they are efficient and friendly if you have any queries. The apartment is lovely, quite modern and stocked like it is your own home. The two balconies are lovely to sit on and people watch and have the advantage of being on 1st and 2nd level so people walking past do not look directly in. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and the walk in one in the ensuite is fabulous. You can probably get another apartment a little cheaper but here you definitely pay for what you get. Well worth it. All in all a great choice and will definitely be back again!
