“Great comfortable place in Phoenix” This was a very comfortable 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit in Phoenix. The place was clean and the pools + hottubs were heated and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, lots of towels were supplied, and the wifi + TV were reliable. Steve was a great help with checking in, was on time, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

“Home away from home!!” We were in Phoenix to visit family and friends and this place was in the ideal location of Deer Valley. Condo was very clean and had all you needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely condo, centrally located” We are a family of four, with two young children (8 and 5). Overall, I would recommend this condo to others; we chose this based on location and price. It was as advertised- a 2BR 2Ba fairly spacious condo, within minimal walking distance to pools. We enjoyed the location- it was easy to GPS many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The proximity to North Mountain was wonderful- my son and I enjoyed a long hike one morning, and it was great that it was only 5 min away. We also hiked a portion of Camelback Mountain another day- during rush hour, it took 25 min to get there, so not bad at all. On other days, we visited the Desert Botanic Gardens, Children's Museum, and other locations. We had two issues while we were there- when we arrived, within the first 1-2 hours, we realized that what we assumed were the floors were dirty- our 5yo daughter's feet were quite dirty after simply playing in the condo. We are a family who wears no shoes in the house- and had done the same in the condo- so we were sure we weren't tracking anything in. Steve was prompt in having the cleaning crew return to clean. However, as the cleaning lady suggested (and we agreed), the rugs were somewhat dirty (perhaps because aZ is so dry and dusty), so cleaning the hard floors again didn't really solve the problem. While we were very happy with Steve's accessibility and promptness (we greatly appreciated that he quickly let us know that we had forgotten several items in the condo after leaving and that he arranged to have them sent to us), we felt that he seemed somewhat condescending in the way he spoke to us (e.g, he seemed dismissive of feedback we had given about the rugs/floors) and when inquiring about other questions/problems. Overall, again, I would recommend this condo- but the rugs should be cleaned, and a better attitudinal sensitivity with regard to customer service would go a long way towards improving the experience.

“Very pleasurable stay in a very nice 2 bedroom condominium” A large resort condo complex, but very quiet. Centrally located. 3 swimming pools in the complex, at least one only a short walk from any condo. Many residents appeared to be full-time--the full parking lot Sunday night was only half full each week day morning. Steve met us the night we checked in and explained everything in detail, including gate access to the resort and keypunch access lock to the condo. Very helpful. Our condo was very well stocked with linens, towels. Lots of condiments in the kitchen which was also well stocked. All appliances worked. Overall a very nice experience in a functional, nice condo complex.

“Second time staying in this perfect condo.” Return visit to this condo and found everything as perfect as the first. Location to parking, condo well stocked and a beautiful environment to relax and enjoy life. Very comfortable, safe and quiet. Definitely will return again.
